You gotta let yourself get into the groo. You gotta let yourself get into the groove. Let yourself be silly while you play this game, and it will make the experience so much more fun, immersive, and compelling. Allow yourself to have an alter ego and express something grand!
Please, please, release the whole game. Such an amazing game coming from a musician, I enjoyed every single second of the game, and can't believe it's only a demo. Please, release de complete game once and for all.
Surprisingly awesome. I expected to play a lot of fighting, action type games on the quest. If turns out that this game, conducting an orchestra, is my favorite game on the quest. I understand that this is a free game in sidequest, likely to demonstrate hand tracking, but I wish there were more levels, songs, or more something additional to extend my time in the game.
If it ever does get more levels, it would be cool to hear the errors if the conductor doesn’t correctly direct(?) the musicians.
Lots of fun! Having played lots of music over the years and a small amount of conducting, this game does an impressive job of blending light conducting skills with gaming elements. The choice of music is fun, and the conductor-teacher is a fun touch. Definitely recommended!
YES! We purchased two Quest3 headsets for our grandkids’ Christmas, and have enjoyed watching them cast their games. But their first time with Maestro last night is the highlight of it all, and this one free app makes the cost of the headsets fully worthwhile. They both play in their school bands, and their time with Maestro gave them an entirely new appreciation for that experience. When they finished their first concert, they both started listing the pieces they would like to direct next…so if there is any thought of expanding Maestro, there are two players reafy and waiting.
Spectacular. This has been the best game I have played, ever. It teaches you how to conduct and be a maestro while also showing the the beauty of song and music, specifically classical. The amount of words I have to explain how amazing this game is little to none- I am speechless! I don”t care what the final price will be- 5 dollars or even 60 dollars, I’ll still buy! 200/10 recommend, even if it’s in app lab still.
But PLEASE add more songs to the app lab! We haven’t gotten a release date yet!
Standing Ovation! Honestly, this is the first ever review I’ve written for anything, and that’s because this game deserves it! From getting the crap scared out of me by a man in a funny wig, to the culmination in a packed opera house, I honestly am just itching for the possibility of this being a longer game or them adding more.
Amazing experience. this game is a masterpiece that let's you get used to the quests hand tracking and does it in a amazing, and fun experience by being a conducted to a orchestra, this app is a must try 10/10
This is why I got a Quest 3. This is the kind of game that takes great advantage of what the Quest 3 has to offer. So realistic. My great-grandfather was a maestro and it was such a great experience to see, even if briefly, how he conducted an orchestra. I hope this becomes an even bigger game/experience, and I will be here to support it when it does.
Bravo! Bravo! Encore! Encore! This is a fantastic game! It brought back the same emotions of when I have been on stage. The hand tracking is well implemented, but tapping the podium and some gestures could use some tweaking. This does not significantly detract from the experience. I am extremely excited to see the musical repertoire grow. I would love nothing more than to stand on the podium and conduct an hour long concert from the comfort of my living room. If there is a way for community contributions to be created and added, I think it would add significant replayability. Overall, 5 Stars and I look forward to seeing the future of Maestro!
