Get in flow, unlock new creatures, and dive into the world of Skybinder.
Skybinder is a minimalist VR puzzle game.
* Connect dots to solve increasingly detailed 3D puzzles * Create an enormous whale and a cheeky chicken, triangle by triangle * Discover which dots among dozens connect to reveal a king cobra
Activate your mind in this meditative game that soothes and stimulates. Skybinder is a puzzle anyone can play, but few can master. Can you become the Skybinder?
Clever and fun puzzle game! I normally don't purchase these type of games, but I noticed the developers quit charging (it appears they may offer paid DLC in future) so I figured I'd check it out. Honestly, this is a really enjoyable title that I find myself coming back to every night. And there seems to be plenty of content on offer as well. Each of the puzzles I've done has been pretty challenging and rewarding. The menus and controls are well designed and intuitive. The ONLY reason I'm removing 1 star from my rating is I really wish there was a pass-thru mode for this game. But that's just a minor gripe--Skybinder is definitely worth grabbing & checking out. If you're into puzzle games, this is a very good one with plenty of free content
So relaxing! I love this game! I am always looking for relaxing games on Quest and they're so hard to find. From the moment I opened up SkyBinder, I was taken to a zen place. The puzzles are challenging and fun, and the audio is *chef's kiss*. Can't wait to recommend this to my friends.
Meditative while Invigorating. This experience is something that is built for (literally but also figuratively) for the VR medium. After a quick and intuitive training, the player can easily stretch and rotate the world around them with a remarkable natural ease. This allows the immersion to really set in so that the music and the challenging puzzles come into focus. I really love this and could spend a lot of time in the experience, pushing myself cognitively while really vibing out!
Words fail me... This game is beyond description, utterly amazing, it's like someone took the concept of connect the dot style art AND tangrams, which I love, and made them 3D. Crazy fun and relaxing while also challenging your skill in spatial realtions.
I saw it on a Oculus Facebook group and asked to be told when it was released as it looked amazing. Well whoever it was I asked promptly told me when it released and I bought it day one. I love supporting developers whenever possible, IF I like or believe in what they are doing and this game is beyond amazing and worth every penny.
Bliss! I absolutely love this puzzle game. The concept of connecting the dots to make an origami-like creature is simple but the sound design and the way you can scale and rotate your model make for a richly immersive and pleasant experience. The sound and animation make you feel particularly euphoric when you complete a puzzle figure and you just want to keep connecting more dots!
Mesmerizing. There is something beautiful when you get dropped into a game like Skybinder. The visual style, sublime sounds, minimalistic game play, and the way your brain engages with every brilliant and graceful puzzle is such a unique experience. There was something about each puzzle that created these zen moments where my brain was automatically and fully immersed in the game so much that before I was able to think what dots to connect next, my hands were moving, connecting dots, and creating triangles by themselves as the artistic animals came to life right in front of me. One of the best gaming experience and a must play.
Relaxing, pleasant, calming, meditative. A cross between sudoku and dot-to-dot, Skybinder is a relaxing puzzle activity in VR, a game yes, but also a kind of meditation through activity - like a colouring book or jigsaw.
The game requires a mix of spatial reasoning, memory, and intuition as you mentally construct and reconstruct the possible shape in your mind.
The sound and visual design is satisfying and is clearly inspired by Cubism - which is a good thing!
3D puzzle games are what VR was made for imo. The more we support the more will be developed! (Surely we’ve had enough shooting games?)
Oddly satisfying. i still enjoy connecting these dots into lines, and triangles, and little animals, even after a year of developing this game :) i hope you enjoy it too!
