Love it. I've been working out for 2 weeks. Stuck with it. I love it so much I don't want to stop. I have to make my self. It's so motivating, like how your punches are the beat, so it makes u focus n want to hit every punch. Combat, boxing are my favorite 2. I got back n fourth. Can tell the difference in my body n I'm loving it. Thanks
Gets your heart pumping!!! My workout buddy is moving soon, so we need to find a way to still workout together. Downloaded this app to test it out. OMG does it get your heart pumping. I have only tried the boxing and Zumba so far. I cannot wait to try the rest.
LOVE THIS!! I look forward to working out given all the variety and new sessions added each week. Thank you for the variety and new environments as well! I was new to VR 6months ago and a beginner for everything. I love how quickly I am advancing and learning especially in boxing and feel much stronger in my arms and legs. SO much fun and great workouts with different times and challenges available to meet schedule needs. I enjoy the cool downs - not many other programs provide those.
Can’t say enough about this program - I’ve always hated going to the gym but I LOVE doing this in my home! If I can do it - anyone can! I’ve already lost 15 lbs - something that has been very difficult in the past. Just do it and before you know it you will be rising on the leaderboard.
This is an amazing workout. I’m a 68 year old woman who can workout for an hour a day. My legs have muscle tone from bending, my arms are more toned from punching and breaking blocks and I’m under 130 pounds for the first time in several years. I recommend this to everyone!
Fantastic! Since I have this app installed , I can’t get enough of it . I exercise minimum 4 times a/ week. I only have one suggestion . Maybe you could put a timer , where you can see a total time you exercised / day. This would be helpful to know for how long you have exercised per day.
Like it, let's improve it... I use it almost every day and I really enjoy it. The boxing sessions in particular are fantastic. If I can make a few suggestions: - Multiple, longer sessions for lower levels too. The maximum is 44 minutes as far as I've seen. There are only a few longer workouts. - Incorporate some kind of timer function. Perhaps a circle or arc that closes the closer you get to the end of training. Could be on the ground, for example, instead of static "lighting". Would help, as you don't know how long you have left during long training sessions. That way you could give it your all towards the end :)
Best workout I have ever done! Let me start off by saying anyone can do this. It is the most fun yet challenging workouts I have ever done first of all I have never even used virtual reality. This is the first time and I have been working out now for 30 days straight no day off literally that’s how much I love it.
Not only that I have lost 14 pounds and just 30 days I do anywhere from 60 minutes to 100 minutes a day I burn over 900 cal in a session. When I am done working out, I am drenched from head to toe! The trainers are great. The encouragement and motivation is off the chain.
I am a very competitive person, so I absolutely enjoy seeing how hard I am punching as well as how high my score is I aim to be first place in everything. The scenery and the trainers are absolutely amazing. Whoever made this game. Keep up the good work oh and let me not forget you get new classes every week.
FitVR has grown so much! I’ve been playing FitVR back when it was still BoxVR. In the past few years FitVR has definitely grown above and beyond BoxVR in every way, and is a diverse and immersive exercise app. No complaints. Hiit is great. Combat mode is excellent. It’s all so good. I would like the great tunes from BoxVR to be added to the library here. But in the meantime, this is excellent.
They fixed it up at last. After a two year hiatus I came back. Played this when it was called boxvr (and somewhat early during the fitxr change) and it really sucked. Punches would not connect and the rhytm was often totally off. Today it's a different story. It's really good and made me a panting wreck within 10 minutes Good job!
Great Workout. I used to belong to gyms and did Zumba, Dance and HIIT. As I’ve gotten older (I’m 60) either the classes were too fast paced for me or the Silver Sneakers classes are way too easy so I quit going. I love FitXr! I especially love the Boxing and Combat and am now doing an hour of classes a day.

I’ve found an enjoyable way to exercise I love the options of exercise type Also you get to choose out of beginner advanced etc You get to choose music style and venue I love Zumba and dance options I’m on it every single day.
