Enjoy the game! Love the VR version of Tsuro, I play with my good friend quite often! We would love to see some of the other Tsuro game versions released for VR. we would love to play those tooo!
Great SOLO game. I would give the game 5 stars if I could play with random people online. My friends don’t have the game and I’m tired of playing alone. It gets redundant.
Beautiful and peaceful. This is a relaxing game in an Asian environment. I like that you can walk around the environment and even watch the playground from the roof. The details, the floating tree leaves and animals also lift the mood. If you really like board games, you will enjoy it, otherwise, you can get bored quickly. This game is also good for just meditating in a pleasant environment. Actually, I bought the game because of the beautiful Asian environment and to have a board game in VR. The graphics could easily be better, but it's still nice. It's worth it on sale.
I LOVE this game! I play this game every evening before I go to bed. There is a lot of strategy involved, but it’s so peaceful. Take the time to learn the different ways to play- it’s worth it!
One of the old goodies. Good ol' Tsuro, you never can go wrong with this one. $9.99 for one of the original greats on the Quest platform, which has a compelling single player experience and theoretical multiplayer functionality(though I have never bothered with it). If you have never played Tsuro, it quite literally is a game about making paths, where you can trip up your opponents, steer yourself away from trouble, and if not careful, lead to your own demise by slamming yourself into your opponent. It is not a hard game to pick up, but it is not as easy to win as it may initially seem. I would earnestly recommend this title for people who want a relaxing, beautiful experience. It is not perfect for those who like exploring the environment with some weird graphical oddities, but those issues pale in comparison to the title's overarching beauty and the quality of the actual game itself, and for $9.99 it cannot be beat on that front.
Almost good, but multiplayer disappoints. The game itself is a good enough VR implementation of the board game, but just playing against the computer opponents gets old fast. Tried to play a human opponent multiple times, but was never able to connect to another human player. I read in another review that they were disappointed that they could not see their opponent, just their game piece, but I was frustrated to not even be able to get to that point. Not sure if just not enough players in this game or what, but I’d give it a much higher rating if there was actually a player base. Maybe they could lower the price to get in more players? Until then, its too repetitive to just play against the AI. Has promise though.
Edit: So it seems like the reason I couldn’t get a multiplayer game is that you can only play with people you’ve invited into a game. No wonder I was waiting so long for an opponent, I thought I would just get matched with someone else seeking a game, but I guess not. Was not clear at all about this when attempting to find an online game.
Love this game! Wish I bought it sooner. I didn't realize this board game not only is so simple to play but yet so peaceful especially the Asian environment. I understand people are having issues with multiplayer it's really not difficult to say the least it's just a matter of one person creates the game. And then they got to wait for a moment to refresh that's how I was able to play multiplayer and you can see the person's profile picture on miniature color stone.
I was also able to test cross play and it works very well between Oculus 1, 2 and Oculus go. I know you can cross play with oculus rift and steamvr. I haven't got a chance to test if it can play up to eight players online I know you can play locally by passing on the headset but that's no fun LOL. But it can definitely play up to four players online. But if anyone knows you can play a players online with the VR that would be great. Overall, wonderful game to my personal opinion.
Great multiplayer game. I don't know why people complain about multiplayer. It's really easy to play with a friend. Just start a party in Quest home and then start the game. Click the flag with the globe icon left of the settings box and start a multiplayer game and invite your friend. It's a great game which is easy to learn but hard to master.
Refund is a PIA now. Lovely game in so many ways, but the multiplayer is a disappointment. It works, but you can't see the other player. Only their main "game piece". What a missed opportunity. Doesn't feel like you're really with the other person. Biggest problem however is the refund now. I definitely played this game under 2hrs, which is their policy for return. Fair enough. So where do I get a refund now. It used to be so easy. Now we get a link to a bunch of small print and more links. Obviously we're meant to be frustrated and just forget about it. Weak.
Multiplayer is painful. You don't see the other players, it's hard to tell who's turn it is and it is ALWAYS painful to actually get into a game with friends. When it works it is fun but wow, I'd much rather use the non-vr version to play.

LOVE game but won't play; controls suck.

LOVE game but won't play; controls suck. First, the instructions to manipulate tiles do not actually match what you really have to do. At least for me on Oculus 1. The instructions suggest that you can "lift" the tile and then rotate it with a r/l toggle but if I togfle r/l my POV rotates left or right. Very difficult to face the gameboard if you move locations. The possible tiles are so low that in your vision that it may cause neck pain. I wish I could move them up and to the side. I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME. Playing the game is so cumbersome it actually outweights my desire to play. If you have similar review, please lower your stars to one, so this issue might be resolved.
