Behavioral change is usually a slow and tedious process. Conflicting feelings and thoughts can hinder the client's change process. With Motivational Interviewing you and your client get a better grip on this process. In this Virtual Reality training you will practice conversation situations with Anna, Paul and Joyce. You practice with the basic techniques (asking open questions, reflective listening, confirming and summarizing). You then apply the various basic techniques to initiate the processes that are distinguished within motivational interviewing (engaging, focusing, evoking and planning). After each exercise you will receive feedback and tips, practice as often as you want to become more and more skilled.
