The aim of Crane 4.0: VR for training is to offer crane operators, companies, and training centers an innovative training methodology, aiming to upgrade their professional skills. It has been developed thanks to the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. It facilitates the training of newcomers by giving them the chance to have a first approach to crane operations without taking any health or safety risk. Furthermore, this new technology helps modernizing the crane sector and its way to train new learners. Crane 4.0: VR for training has 4 different scenarios in which the user will perform 2 tasks in each:
• Module 1: Safety recommendations before the start of the journey & Communications for lifting loads. Maneuvering signaling codes.
looks nice in the lab but... Well, I never got a chance to play it, because the submit button doesn't work. Throw in the horrible motion sickness and you get... well, the second construction vehicle app with no real gameplay functionality.
