Needs to be its own game. I get the appeal of doing a clone of PvZ, but this can be its own tower defense game with just some minor tweaks. That said, give this demo a try and enjoy what it gives you. Five stars for doing AR right. You use hands to interact with the game which is great, but I would suggest having control interface as an option. I also love that we can easily move the play field anywhere in our room. It captures the PvZ feel perfectly if that's what you're looking for, though as I said I do hope they expands it in its own direction.

Great game with some minor inconviences. The hand tracking isn't that great yet, and the and the transparent hands are kinda very distracting when using controllers. Also it might be a bit too easy to pull unwanted plants out.
Also, I'd love to have lawnmowers too, just like one might have seen somewhere else :D
Cozy MR game. Great tech implementation. Easy to pick up and play, fun to progress. Comfortable to play in familiar surroundings or be present when others are involved
Incoming!!! Good work i need to play final versión, consider to add levels via update. Finger tracking its a good option. Please put move gizmo cube position in a corner 20cm over the ground.

Its Plants VS Zombies in amazing VR, AR. If you are a fan of Plants VS Zombies, you will love this free demo. Its called Toy Monsters, and just screams Plants VS Zombies. But instead of a boring flat screen, we get to play it using the pass through on any of the Meta Quest family systems. That's right AR / MR gameplay. The game also supports hand tracking, and room scale. All of these goodies in a classic game.
Toy Monsters is a fun table top tower defense game. Where you need to use strategy to place your defense pieces to stop the zombies. The demo comes with 8 challenging levels to play.
The game is played in mix reality, AR / MR using the pass through on the Quest systems. It also has hand tracking to make it even more immersive. This game makes fantastic use of the pass through, and has amazing looking graphics and sounds. You have to experience this style of game with the VR gaming tech. Its just mind blowing, and its free.
If you are a Plants VS Zombies fan, you have to try out this demo, you will not be disappointed. This is such a great experience.

love the game! it's sooooo cute!!! more interesting than plants vs zombies! I recommand to play with your hands!!! just my Quest2 only has black-white look-through. if seeing the game in color look-through, the experience will be even better! I bet you can sell it to Pico4. there's one point might need to fix: It is a little difficult to choose the levels(hard to browse). a little bit hard from level 4
Try it. It’s a fun change of pace from the more active side of gaming. Looking forward to seeing where it goes in the future. Will definitely continue to spend some time playing when in the mood for slower less energy games.
