Fun for Two when it works. This is a GREAT co-op game for a couple or even long distance friends/family during COVID. Clean graphics, fun mechanics, replayability, opportunities for improvisation, kinda ll therre. Imagine two-player sly-cooper. CON: sometimes the comtinue option will stall your game, and leave you and your hacker on endless load screen. Fix: when resuming, just start the level over from the top.Nov 2020 Update / I have had this game for months, and I still cannot get through one single level without the game crashing or stalling, or booting me out of the session. I have contacted Oculus support and the game devs. No response from the devs, and oculus did not have a fix. Over it, and wishing I bought beat saber.Update2023: Tried to play again to see if any kinks have been worked out. Game works fine, but if you ever pause for a break iduring a mission, the companion app becomes unresponsive. We were on the 5th mission, and for some reason could not get any doors to open after restarting both the headset and the app. We tried to delete our current progress so we could do the mission from the beginning and it kepts starting from the same place with the same glitch no matter how many times we restarted. In order to get the whole story, we would have to either play the entire game in one sitting or stop after each mission. Again, very fun when it works, but the options to delete game or restart the missions do not work for some reason.
Myself and a Friend are really enjoying this one. Graphics are mild because it was made for Quest but the fun factor is their. The main issue is that their seems to be no mechanisim to allow people you don't know to play with you. So if your friends are not intereasted, you just can't play the game. Still It's very enjoyable and unique. I would love to see this type of game become a genre.
Really well done - incredibly easy to drop into with a family member or friend with a phone - enough tension to remain entertaining without becoming exhausting. kudos white elk :)
