I think I can shoot a real gun now. This game is amazing. Each gun feels real and the combat gets hectic at times. The levels are nice and offer a bunch of places to go and fight. Also the voice chat and everything just works which makes the game with friends a more more enjoyable.

Meta doesn't allow links so to see proof of hacks go to youtube and search for a channel called "Bed" horrible person what was my favourite game has turned into one of my least favourites now, bunny hopping has become an epidemic, it's like a magic roundabout convention and everyone went as Zebedee, skill means nothing in this game anymore, I now advise ppl not to buy it unless they are happy to bounce around every match like a f**king idiot BUNNY HOPPING IS AN EXPLOIT NOT A SKILL!!!
DEVS please remove jump function and replace it with a "mantle" function so it forces players to play fair and rely on skill

Top 10 VR game. 400+ hours in this gem and counting. If you want a sweaty game with tons of mods, this is the way to go. Modders have succesfully added things such as Team Fortress/Star Wars/Halo Loadouts to Call Of Duty maps... The base game may have sparse updates every 3-4 months but what we have is still pretty much the best VR shooter. The Vanilla game also has a comp scene if you are interested in VR esports... many issues but this game still gets high ratings from me because of how much content and replayabilty you can get for $20
Probably The best VR shooter. Aside from HL alyx, i feel this is probably the best shooter money can buy, game looks good (even on quest 2) and pcvr looks stunning, good animation and mods, crossplay so i can play with my friends and controls are nice feeling and there are alot of customization options, for the game and for guns. there are alot of customizing for loadouts aswell, requires a bit of thinking of how you play, your guns and your vest. reminds me of the old MW2 days and really overthinking your class setup. The maps aren't the best, since they are mostly a bit more long ranged and the close quarters weapons aren't great at long ranges (as expected).
This is where mod support comes in, the possibilitys of mods are endless, im talking cod zombies on the krusty krab endless, there are halo loadouts basically creating HALO VR, there are some LITERAL STAR WARS MODS, and you want to know the BEST part of alllll of this? It's intergrated into the menus, so you can install them from the start without having to go to sites like mod.io to get mods, sure you still can get mods from there but there are quite alot of mods on the intergrated browser.
Best VR shooter with mods. I love shooting clankers and slicing them with my lightsaber as anakin! (BF2 Mod)

It's really nice. Very good, compared to its competitors like Pavlov VR it has a few upsides that Pavlov doesn't provide. if Pavlov is like Counter Strike then this is more like Call of Duty. You spawn with loadouts instead of having to buy your guns every respawn. The modding scene in this game is insane. You can play mods replicating Star Wars Battlefront or Team Fortress 2 in VR. Really nice game.
Contractor$ VR - Best FPS game in VR. It's at 4.3 Stars. Having read many of the reviews, The 1 Star reviews are misleading. I have read dozens of 1 Star reviews with problems that are about installing/updating/freezing issues of the headset. It's an Oculus-Meta Quest 2 issue that happens from time to time. It happened to me when updating Eleven Table Tennis, which forced me to do factory reset on the headset. Contractor$ shouldn't have to take a bad review because of a Quest 2 issue.
Features: 1. Singplayer Mode has Mission, Survival, Zombie and Free Roam. 2. Multiplayer Modes: You can play either PvP (Player vs Player) or Co-op PvE (Player vs AI) and are split in 4 categories (Casual, Competitive, Groundwar (up to 16 players) split on 10 play modes (see below) and Co-op (Survival/Zombie modes).
Ten Play Modes within the Multiplayer Modes are: Domination, Control, Comp-Control, Bomb Diffusal, TDM - Team Deathmatch, FFA Gun Game, Extraction, Kill-Confirm
3. Graphics/Physics/Animation: Very good gun models, weapon/handling animations. Player rag-doll effects the best on any VR FPS game. Running/Walking animations are very good and believable. Contractor$ has the option to show arms and legs for more immersion. Realistic smoke effects from smoke grenades, frag grenades making the battlefield more immersive. You see hands handle the weapons well. Weapon physics has been added. 4. Social Features – You can add friends, chat with them and invite them to a game that you are in. Find friends already in server and join them. 5. MODS – Has hundreds of Maps created by modders. Almost all Call of Duty maps are in this game. Has Loadout MODs. It’s basically a whole new game inside of Contractor$. You can play Halo, Star Wars Battlefront, PCM Escape from Contractors/Tarkov loadouts, etc. 6. Supports bHpatics: Feel your weapon recoil and feel the bullets hit you.
Summary: With great graphics, weapon handling animation, physics, rag-doll, it's an immersive experience in VR.
Read my review. All I can really say is wow. First off all, the game by itself is an AMAZING shooter, as you’ve probably heard it’s basically COD in VR, but there is so much more to it than that! There is a super easy to use modding system that can allow you to play Team Fortress 2 to Starwars Battle front, to freaking Halo! The community, at times can be toxic, or it can be very wholesome! It’s all super easy to use as well! For around 30 dollars (depending on where you live) I’d say that this game is defiantly worth it!
not for me ig. Coming from a diehard onward lover, this game isnt for me. None of the controls made sense. would be good for someone new to vr, but not someone who has been interested in the vr fps market for a year.
Good but lacking. The game looks amazing at ultra (My specs are a rtx 2060 with an i7 and 32 gigs of ram) and runs at a stable 60-70 but i did have to tweak graphical settings to get a stable 110-120 but it still looked better than the quest version. But the time to kill is bad to me pavlov time to kill is perfect to me but in this game people somehow kill you in half a second ? headshots are so important that one hit and your dead. I find that annoying not only as a new player but as a veteran player thats the only bad thing the gunplay feels good the bombs are a little weird but throwing them gets easier after you play for a bit the mods are awesome but they need to make the time to kill much longer.
