Fine ridiculous fun. Sometimes you're just in the mood for a dumb game with a corny sense of humour, where you shoot lots of bad guys, soak up bullets like a sponge, and make stupid wisecracks. If that's what you're after, look no further. Guns'n'Stories follows in the footsteps of games like Redneck Rampage, Duke Nukem 3D, and Serious Sam, and while it's short (for now), it's a hell of a lot of fun.

Great fun. It is a game that is full of fun, and can be played again and again. Realistic? no! but does it matter? no!!!. it's not real life, it is escapism. And done very well. Thank you to the dev's.

Unable to install. The game takes very long to download and install and after that Oculus says not installed and I have to redo it all. Tried 4 times in 2 days, still unable to install.

Doesn't let me install. Edit: I finally was able to install it. Fun and beautiful game to play
white screen at loadout. Tried reinstalling oculus and reinstalled game 3 times. Also reinstalled all oculus drivers 2-3 times and still get a white screen at loadout, cant even get to loading screen? help? Pc meets all the min requirements for game and also have latest nvidia drivers.
A very basic wave shooter. I actually expected more out of this game, it's very basic wave shooter with zero new mechanic. The difficulty is above average, the enemies just keep spawning and are bullet sponges. The guns doesnt feel great to shoot and 2 handed weapons are a literal pain to use because you can't ungrab the left hand and if you need to rest your arm (which you will need) you basically cant keep shooting because it's stuck to your controller. I will say the graphic is pretty nice (performance, not so much) and the voice acting story is decent to good.

First 3 levels great, 4th impossible. Tracking did not work well with two handed gun (Saturnine sammy). Decreased difficulty to easy and still could not aim accurately at enemies on the right and left. Would prefer to switch back to pistols but not an option.
Fun, but limited. First off, don't go into this expecting historically accurate western shoot outs at high noon. This game is a silly wave shooter with a loose narritive. Gameplay is pretty solid, shooting is accurate. Having no ammo can be a little wild, but still pretty fun. While it may lack some technical polish, what is there is a well done and fun to play with. I don't know who thought to add popcorn during the cut scenes but kudos to you!!!
Unfortunately not cool. The animations are still so super-clunky and the gun-play isn´t really precise, neither hitting the enemies is satisfying. I played indie games, like Containment Initiative, which are very intense too, but not that chaotic and haphazard. No reloading, with those revolvers for example.. it´s like these shooters you could play in those penny arcades.. Not 4 Dollars or Euros worth.
fun arcade type shooter. didnt feel I was ripped off when I played this, graphics are nice, aiming is good, funny story, like an arcade shooter but VR making it even more fun, pick up and play type game and well made not like the cheap rubbish we all keep buying because it got one good review, probably from the dev.
Great fun in short sessions. This is a fun shooting game, very arcade style. No need to worry about reloading, you can play sitting down (standing is better though as you can use cover a bit), and there’s a variety of guns.
It’s a little repetitive after a while, but so are all these kind of games, and I only play 1 level at a time so I’ll keep coming back to it often.
Seems a bit blurry compared to others, but overall, worth the price and good fun.
Feels cheap and tacky. I bought this during a sale and it was around £3. I didn't expect much by it, but it felt really cheap when playing. I managed about 5 - 10 minutes before turning it off and deleting it from my Quest 2. As I knew I wouldn't touch it again.
I can understand the humour behind the dialogue, but the game play is where it falls flat for me.
It's a wave based game where guys just run at you, but it's usually a bullet sponge sort of game. You land 4 body shots the guy falls over, you do the same for the head and it's multiple bullets to down him from headshots.
It removes away the point of landing headshots if it's not a rewarding tactic. I felt I was missing the targets often because all you get from a landed hit is a small red blood dot, which can be easily missed in the running action. I would suggest improving the visual on what is a landed hit, maybe have health bars (remember times crisis?).
I can't recommend this game, and I question the guy who recommended it to me, because it's not often I wakl away from games within a few minutes.
