Colonel Sanders is known the world over as a fried chicken genius because of KFC. But his genius also drives him to ever more startling heights. His latest endeavor is an escape room he engineered in virtual reality. This was the clearest way to communicate exactly what is expected when it comes to making his fried chicken. And he was at last able to give himself the powers he always wanted. Powers like laser eyes and a robot companion. Alright then.. Weirdest sh** i have seen in vr. I LOVE IT.
Disappointing. This is an escape room like Barney the Dinosaur is a UFC champion. There's no puzzles involved, you just follow basic instructions for four minutes. And for something called "the hard way" that was hands-down the quickest and easiest chicken I've ever prepared in my entire life.
This isn't a game, it's a weak attempt by KFC's marketing team at being hip and edgy, and I don't think it even works that way.
If you want a proof-of-concept introductory VR experience, give it a try. It's free, so why not. But don't feel bad uninstalling it immediately afterward to free up space for actual games.
Very Enjoyable. Played using an Oculus Link with Quest 2 and it worked extremely well. The gameplay is short but it's a lot of fun to play. The game is free so don't expect super in-depth gameplay but it has great quality! Also it's free so why are you even reading reviews? Go play it!

Fun 10 Minutes. Fun piece of fluff. Worth the "free"! Ran it on the Rift S - no problems.
MISLEADING. It is not a escape room. The game is about 10 minutes long and has no riddles or anything in it. You just fry one portion of chicken and thats it.

Waited so long for this. Heart skipped when it didn't run at first with Revive, but like everything else, you just load it a few times and it boots up. Did you know the KFC twitter account follows the 5 spice girls and 6 guys named Herb?
Is VR KFC vegan?. I believe no chickens were harmed in my experiance. Fun little escape room to quickly show off a bit of room scale for your friend/family.
