Amazing stuff. For an old timer like me, getting messy with a virtual DJM3000 is a dream came true. Although I've been hurting with a nonsense spatial effect on the Master channel output, it is a must-have for anyone willing to drop some sick tunes on a small party or even a big gig.

Great app! It's a really great app for practicing at home before you buy a proper mixer. You can unlock stages by writing a review, which I think is really cool. Unfortunately, I didn't get that with my first review. Unfortunately, connecting to various music apps doesn't work, which I think is a bit of a shame, as you have to buy a version or have a subscription for each one. Unfortunately, you can't connect to Spotify, which would be a really good feature for the future. Otherwise, it's a really good app; I can only recommend it if you want to try DJing.

Perfect for learning. Ever since I could remember, I've always been fascinated with DJs, the equipment used and how they can transition from song to song seamlessly. But it always looked very intimidating and complicated (plus didn't want to risk buying a set-up for the possibility that I would never use it). When I saw this on the Oculus store, I immediately looked up reviews and there were some from pro DJs that claimed this app was incredibly accurate compared to irl equipment. I decided to buy this app at little risk given its price and OH MY GAD! The lessons make everything FAR LESS daunting and make things easy to understand. It's a bit of a learning curve, especially for those who have never touched this kind of thing, but I've only been playing for 2 days and I've come much farther in learning than I expected to and it's been incredibly fun. I've been playing for the past few hours having a good time learning how to transition between songs and I didn't notice how much the time actually flew by.
Read my review. I think initially I may inadvertently turned the headphones off (with the hand gestures up to each ear) because I couldn’t for the life of me work out how to cue anything. Explaining the cue properly almost needs to be the very first lesson. But...20 minutes in absolutely loving it!! Also. Shrinking the deck size back down to 100% really helps the emersion. After Reading through the developers replies about holding the trigger and the grip for more fine control and the Learning of the reset button I’ll have to jump back in. But seriously. Give yourselves a massive pat on the back. This has to be the best “simulator” for djing. Awesome job guys can’t wait to fill the quest up with my own songs and spend some long nights on this one.
If you DJ or want to learn this is legit. If you already know how to DJ learning the controls for this should be relatively intuitive. After a short time getting used to the interface and controls I was already mixing tracks as if i was on real equipment. The magic comes in when you check out the live DJ tutorials from all the awesome Mentors happening daily. I was immediately greeted with a great community that taught me the ins and outs and special tricks of DJing in VR. I proudly tell others I use this for practice when i dont have professional equipment available to play on. This is a real game changer if you want to learn how to DJ. All the tools are right there in front of you with the software. If you're open to learning in a social environment with others you can legitimately learn the skills it takes to DJ and i have no doubt those lessons can be transfered to the real world. I learned how to DJ while hanging out in a friends bedroom or living room with others. sharing our favorite music and trading turns on the decks. Playing this app gives me the same feels i got from those times.
