Virtual Space is a VR desktop application we built to provide a true VR Desktop experience to our users. We have finished our alpha version which enable our user to have a bigscreen media experience as well as a allowing user to stream 360 video directly from Youtube or play local 360 media content. Buggy, barely functional, resource hog. Maybe you need a very high end gaming machine to get this to work. On my system (7.7 on Steam's performance checker) it runs slow, lagging cursor/pointer movement. It crashed on me three times. Two out of three VR videos I tried had sound only. The only control on the video player that worked was the change format button. I did not try 2D video formats to see if they are supported as claimed before uninstalling.
nothing works without sensors, ridiculou. can't even start a single app without the sensors of the rift, zuckerberg is forcing me to buy this nonsense sensors even when i don't need them....

unable to extract videos from web. The app is a good tool for a virtual desctop in the VR enviroment. But i did't realize how to watch vr videos from the web (ex: youtube). When i press the button to see the video from VIRTUAL SPACE INTERFACE, an error message appears
Interesting Times. So far it has been a bit of a learning curve but not too bad. To the devs I really like what I have seen for a alpha version. To the others who have complained about this, should have read the description and seen that this was a ALPHA version so you should really execpt that there are going to issues.
