James's Legacy is an adventure game with unique designs based on a colorful, polygonal art style. Taking inspiration from “The Little Prince,” you'll travel to different planets which are surreal, fantastic, and tiny in scale. While you explore the various worlds, you'll solve puzzles and riddles to unlock secrets, new areas, and more. Will you inherit James's Legacy?
LOVE LOVE the idea... but. It's very hard to controll, and very difficult to understand what you are supposed to do... going around around the same thing, and end up getting motion sick. I really want to love it thouh.... love the concept of going around the planet and flying to another planet. they are super cute! Hopefully there will be an update sometime to improve!
Cute and fun game - perfect for kids. First of all the game performs at a perfect 90 fps even forcing ss 2.0 with the Rift CV1 and a GTX 1080, but don't expect demanding graphics in this game. Indeed the game may be easy to port to Quest as it's an old GearVR game form 2016, so it's made for extremely weak phone gpus. Not sure the price should be more than $5. Textures are non-existent and poly levels are low, but it's still an extremely cute game that reminds me of some of the great old Commodore 64 and Amiga 500 games. It's simply a nice and fun game containing some exploring and adventure elements. In fact I got stuck in the first mine - hope it's not a bug, but could not get the elevator to work even after turning on the machine supplying power. Normally you can just go through, but seems my game character got stuck - thus I'm not sure this game is working, I'll test it more later today. Would have been nice with character shadows in the game, and there are a few issues with pathfinding and camera perspectives, but no big problems. Btw, had an error with some intro text appearing double when starting a new game, but overall this game does not feel unpolished. Sound and music are nice too.
