Buggy but adorable. Yes, having to be hands-only instead of being able to use the controls is annoying. Yes, it glitches frequently and doesn't let you interact with your dragon properly. Yes, I also thought it was another broken app at first. But when it does work, its also really adorable. I bought two copies of this game. One for me and one for my aunt who loves dragons and has always wanted a pet dragon. Now, thanks to VR, she can. My dragon is an earth dragon named Scamper - and he comes to his name being called better than my real-life pets do! ;) If the developers keep working out the tracking bugs, this game could be a strong contender in the store because as of this review, I didn't see any other app like it.
another not working title at launch. artstyle, sound and atmosphere are promising... subtitles are unessesary annoying... maybe its better without just use the light to direct the costumer... but the worst part is... eggy is super laggy... the handtracking is super slow and needs seconds to react... it stops totally when i have to drop the egg in the nest... i couldnt do it and the egg sticks to my hand... i stopped the game there after 5 minutes... need to be fixed... i will come back in a few days...
Sooo Cute! Jeez, haters be hating. Yes, it’s a little buggy, but give it a chance. I thought the little dragon ( called mine Drago) is sooo cute!! Only suggestions… Cut the weird narration in half and if possible make the dragons size adjustable. It would be cool to have a little larger dragon, but that being said Devs don’t listen to the haters. Keep going!
Want to love it, but buggy. The game is absolutely adorable and a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the hand controls aren't always responsive and it can be difficult to pull items out of the tablet and use the book. My dragon is no longer coming when called and I can't pick him up. Currently, I'm unable to open the book to see what to do next. Please provide a more in-depth tutorial. This can be a fantastic game without a little support and polish.
More thorough Tutorial please. Need a little more clear instructions on care..not just wisp will be back...ie. how to clean litterbox the little turds are seriously piling up, how to actually collect crystals, what are each of the little bubbles eggy produces, hunger sleep etc. How exactly do you teach tricks like roll over etc? Jeez it has the attention span of a goldfish too, maybe keep it in your hand a little longer so you can actually clean it with the sponge. It hops over and immediately hops back down.
