Is there any help for lost progress?. EDIT: I’ve taken this down to 1 star as it’s been over a week and I’ve been trying to contact the devs for an update or any form of communication and I’ve had no response. It should be taken off the store until it works. I do actually really enjoy this game and it’s one of my go-to fitness apps. But I’ve suddenly lost all my progress and it’s reset me to Level One. Theres no way I’m starting again from the start - is there a fix to this?
Lost my progress. It's a chance after months or days to lose all your progress just before the last level like me. I'm very disappointed. And there is no way to choose freely any level I want. I don't like to start from the beginning.
Lost all progress. They probably forgot to pay their server bill because the game now erases all progress every time you quit the game. The worst thing is that I'm only interested in the tennis training level, but you can't even initiate that without beating three levels and a boss. Now I have to do that every time I want to work out? No thanks. This app is absolutely worthless to me now.
Progress lost on mine also. I had not gone in for a few days. I went on yesterday and it started me back at the beginning. I quit and went back in because I thought something was wrong. Then it asked to create a new profile. So disheartening after all of the hard work. The game would have received 5 stars but they lost that review.
Love the game but suddenly lost progress. I’ve been enjoying the game and initially gave it 5 stars. I’m not crazy about the somewhat childlike story but I love the activities. They feel very realistic.Today I removed a star because my progress was somehow completely lost and I cannot find any way to get it reset.
