Super addicting. Been meaning to leave a review for a while. This game was not on my radar before release… the premise seemed a little silly. I took a chance and boy I’m happy I did. Easily one of the most addictive games on Quest. The constant upgrades during rounds are like little hits of sum-sumthin ;) There’s a few weapons that are super clever as well, my favorite being the Jukelele…. A guitar you swing that inflicts damage to everything in a 10m radius. So fun lol. The game offers 3 difficulty settings for each level, all with their own objectives. Each difficulty level has 3 objectives, making for 9 total objectives per level. The weapon combinations is where this game really shines though. Once you upgrade a certain weapon to its max, you’ll get a super upgrade, making your weapon the ultimate destructive force. Im 40 (41 actually… shut up lol) and I’ve already logged about 12 hrs of game time. This easily offers at least 15-20 hrs to 100% the game. Really hope this game receives a bunch of future updates and dlc. It’s one of those games I’d gladly purchase dlc that offered new weapons and levels. Great job devs!As a side note, I wanted to mention how cool it is to be able to discuss the game with the actual dev on their discord in real time. Every question and criticism I had, they responded within 30 mins. The friendliest developer ever. These are the type of games I LOVE supporting, and VR needs more devs like this.
Awesome!!! One of the better game to play with friends. Good amount of characters and weapons to unlock, with the shield u have to use melee which for me is real nice as it makes u not too dependent of certain weapons. Different types of enemies were really nice, always excited when seeing a new one. Physics feels nice and music isn't boring, a must try for me.
Great Vampire Surviver like game. Rogue piñatas is simply the VR game that played that scratched that Vampire Survivor itch .A relatively simple game that just involves you killing as many enemies as you can to level up. Each level up rewards you with more weapons and perks to help you fend off the hoards of rogue piñatas.Weapons are split into melee and ranged types and can level up multiple times, to increase their effectiveness.In Vampire survivor tradition, every weapon has a counterpart perk.By maxing the weapon level and having the associated perk you can evolve that said weapon to something really special.You gain currency on each run to level up your character permanently.Otherwise in Bullet heaven tradition, you start every level from level zero and have to level up from scatch every run.With 5 characters to unlock and 6 stages to play through and multiple difficulty settings......theres plenty to grind through here.You can also play the game multiplayer with your friends.I wont lie.....the game has some aggressive adaptive resolution and dips in the frame rate but the core game is still very fun.Its also a blast in multiplayer.A solid game for me but if the dev can just iron out some of the performance issues (mainly in 4 player co op.....2/3 is better) it would be a 5 star game for me.Heres hoping that the game gets these improvements and some surprise content updates drops in the near future!(in Vampire Survivor tradition!l)
So much fun! I love this game. It's super addictive and I can easily spend hours playing. Mom is my favorite character to play but I love how you can unlock other characters to play with. With so many challenges, I know my daughters and I will have tons of fun! If you're on the fence, take the leap!
