Glad I gave it another chance. The first time I tried this I thought it was a shallow, silly little game. And most of the time it is, and sometimes that's all I'm in the mood for at the end of a long day. But also most of the time it is cute and charming, with occasionally a soupcon of challenge. Never any time limits (that I've seen yet), which is good, as I don't do well with those. Some puzzles made me chuckle at how clever the solution was (you often have to think "outside the box"). This would be good for kids of a younger age or for adults who are still kids at heart.
To the reviewer complaining about the flags -- I feel sorry for you that you have so much anger. I guarantee children won't even know what that flag means unless you tell them (hate is learned, not born with). Ironically this seems like just the game to help you relax but you've probably already refunded it. Seek help.
(One star deducted because the controls can be a bit wonky (although this might be just because you have bats for hands lol). This might lead to frustration, but the fact that there are no time limits helps.)

What a fun a silly game. For what it does, it does really well. There is a lot of unique levels and some of them are even a bit challenging, and I think this game is hilarious. I would check it out
Awesome game. I loved this game it has lots of laffs (laughter of joy), it’s very challenging that makes it fun and I have played the Apple Arcade spin-offs (which ar the same things and created by the same creators) and you HAVE to “think outside the box)…
A genuinely unique adventure. One of the only titles that I can say is made for VR. It’s creative and fun, and you never know what you are going to get next. If I could only play one single player title on the Quest, it would be this.

What The Bat. What the bat is a goofy, casual lil game where your hands are bats. And i just wanted to say that just have been having a great time playing this game! The graphics are cartoon like, but very high quality. Animations and physics are very realistic. It has been very refreshing to play this game, since its such an original concept. I like how the more you progress in the game, the more you grow older. By the way i love the elephant :). Overall very great experience. It supports lgbtq 😡. I don't understand why the lgbtq flags have to be flown in a children's game! getting tired of this being pushed! For that I am giving it a one star.

You like What the Golf?, you like this! This is a great little comedic romp through VR! A whole bunch of fun minigames that are fun the play through and require a variety of troubleshooting or skill. If you are looking for a narrative, this isn't your game. Just a fun, relaxing VR experience.
Can't refund!! this game is amazing for kids and maybe for some adults but I got bored after playing it for almost two hours so I tried to refund it but it didn't work!

Lukewarm story, Overpriced. I don't know what the deal with that elephant thing is. I never understood what it's supposed to be, a quirky background character? If so they weren't even remotely funny in any of the chapters. If the elephant is supposed to be our sibling, roommate or whatever then it was poorly explained in the story. The game's asking price is too steep for the game's longevity and it's way too casual. And what's the deal with LGBT flags being plastered all over the place? They're distracting and really don't fit the vision of the game, almost like the devs were forced to put them there.

Ever since I first experienced the masterpiece that is “What the Golf!?”, I always said I’d give up a kidney to have a VR version of it, so $20 for WTB!? is a steal IMO… What the Golf is 1 of those games that has you grinning and giggling to yourself at 1 AM giving your significant other the wrong idea.. if you’re a fan of What the Golf then this game is for you… and if you’re not a fan of What the Golf, then you should try it….. stumbling on ‘What the Bat!?’ last week without any idea that it even existed, was like having no idea God of War Ragnarok was even in the works, and opening up the PSN store one morning to find out it not only exists but is already OUT. I own and have played every staple VR game on PSVR, PC and Quest… This game has become an instant classic for me… I was seriously bummed when it was over just as I was when I finished Ragnarok last month.. Once I hit the 7th level, I started worrying about the game ending, but it just kept going… and going, and kept impressing me with its creativity, the kind of creativity that VR has been sorely lacking… this game has more creativity in its first 5 levels than every VR game that’s come out this year combined… I can’t wait for the levels coming soon…
Fantastic. I am a master of the animal simulator games. I was ecstatic once I found about this bat vr game. I bought a quest solely for this game. Once I started it I was a little confused. I didn’t see a nice bat. All I saw was a cylindrical bat. Odd I thought. It then dawned on me. They are going to lock the true bat behind this stupid mini game. Luckily I got through that part and now I can live out my dreams of being a bat.
Fun. It’s a fun little goofy game that has plenty of gameplay. I had a little trouble sometimes with the physics being weird and the game not really telling me what I have to do but I got through it and it was really fun.
