Create intricate clockwork contraptions out of your own clones and restore life to an ancient tree.
Your mission is to repair the Clocktower, an ancient haven for the galaxy’s plants and seeds. Use the Clockwinder’s gloves to turn every task into a looping clockwork automaton. These clones can do everything you can do, from planting to cutting to throwing items through the air.
Create an interconnected system of automatons to grow plants, harvest resources, and work together to save the Clocktower!
Supports cross-buy with Oculus Rift / Meta Quest.
"It’s clever, it’s charming, and it’s easily one of my favourite games on the Meta Quest 2" -- UseAPotion
"A wonderful narrative-driven puzzle game that will surprise you with its variety and depth" -- AndroidCentral
Physical and Mental Agility. You press the “record" button on your controller and then move your body: tossing, catching, cutting, pulling, bouncing, pushing or anything else. This creates a clone who duplicates your motion in a 2-second or 4-second or 8-second loop. You can build any number of clones, creating an assembly line to accomplish a variety of botanical tasks: growing plants, picking fruit, producing seeds… even building molecular structures. With many different floors whose products rely on other floors, it gets rather intricate. You will need ingenuity, dexterity and quick reflexes. Then pause to behold the wonder you have created. Replay value comes from making faster assembly lines using fewer clones— I’ve played the entire game twice back-to-back. This is an amazing and beautiful game, but a word of warning: it is incredibly addictive.
Beautiful game but you need some room. Just finished the game after playing it for about a week. Really loved the game, it’s relaxing and the music and voice acting are spot on. Definitely a room scale experience though, I needed a good 3 meter by 2 meter space at the very least. A must buy if you enjoy puzzlers. Perfect difficulty level in my opinion. You have to think but not so much that you get frustrated. Fingers crossed for a sequel or similar game from these guys.
A must play. This game rings the closest to the idea that games are art that ive seen yet, its extremely serene and the location is basically a place taken straight out of a movie, both with the way you interact with it and the graphics themselves. It achieves this without any overly long cinematic cutscenes, which is a masterclass in show don't tell. The gameplay itself is slick, fun and and extremely rewarding. Within the puzzle genre it stands at the very top because it also has the addictiveness of a cookie clicker combined with the satisfaction of landing trickshots that get you as excited as the guys in a Dude Perfect video.
One of the best games of all time, both within VR and flatscreen
Great game but I was wondering….. This game was AMAZING. there where some times where I got stuck on a puzzle but besides that it was one of the best oculus games I have every played.anyways I wonder will there be a second game or maybe a prequel to the game where you play as edea (I think that is her name) or a DLC maybe? I know this would take a long time but the wait would be worth it.
Lovely inovative game. The best VR games are the ones that use the medium to make a game that could not have existed on a regular display and controller, pushing the gaming industry forward with amazing new ideas and innovations. The last clockwinder is one of those games. I have never played an automation/puzzle game quite like it and enjoyed every minute of it.
Beautiful and entertaining. Starting with astounding graphics you start to explore the story of the last clockwinder. Gradually you recognize the environment, the tools and the characters in the game. It is not obvious and calls for slow immersion in the memories of the past and the challenges of the mechanisms and the robots. Best of all you feel the closeness to the nature and the plants. It takes time to learn how to create effective helpers. I have thoroughly enjoyed this game and highly recommend it to all puzzle and nature lovers. Good graphics and smooth motion add to the enjoyment. The only question I have is what is the purpose of the hands that appear on a stand in the first room. I guess they indicate the gloves of the clockwinder, but I couldn’t find any use form them.
Ridiculously Fun! The Last Clockwinder is a beautiful, challenging gem of an experience. The gameplay is unique, engaging and addictive. The story is touching and the environment is atmospheric. Just the right amount of puzzles and exploration. Well done!
Fun puzzles, great storytelling. Gameplay - Fun. It's challenging without being overly difficult. You have to step back and consider how to program your little robot drones in order to get the correct end result, and sometimes that means starting over a few times. The layout of the rooms usually make it fairly clear what the end objective of each room was.
Story - Fairly straightforward, but done well. All the characterization is done via audio logs and short chats over the radio to develop the three voiced characters. The voice acting was very good, and the script gave me a good feel on each character's personality.
Overall - A fun, if short, game. Definitely looking forward to future projects from this developer.
Just got Oculus? Looking for a puzzle?. THIS IS IT! This was my first purchase for the Oculus and it really demonstrates what it's capable of. This game is beautifully designed with puzzles that will make you feel like there's no way, and the payoff for figuring it out is great. Not to mention the story you hear along the way is very emotional and well written. I definitely recommend!
BEST GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED!!! I got this game, expecting it to be like any other one. You play it for a week then you never play it again. This game on the other hand, is a game that I will most defiantly call the best game I have ever played. It is an idea and style of game that I have never seen in VR. It is such an engaging and stunning game. I just played for 4 hours and loved every second. This is a game that can fit everyone’s comfort, and as I have been playing VR for a long time, I would Highly recommend new VR players to purchase this game first. This introduces you to the world of VR in the best possible manor. So if your considering buying this… I would 100 go for it. Brilliant game, and this may be the last game I ever play, as I can’t see me playing anything else for a while.
What a delightful, charming game. Absolutely loved every minute of this game. It does require the ability to physically complete the movements you want the automatons to mimic, so something to keep in mind.
Lovely graphics, decent mechanics, novel puzzles (though I did find myself hitting the wrong buttons here and there) and an interesting story made this game a favorite.
And the best part: when you finish the story you can still go back to redo the puzzles to meet the goals, which isn't required to progress.
So much fun, highly recommend and can't wait to see what's next!
A Wonderful VR Puzzler!!! The 'Clonelike' (it's what I'm calling games like this and Transpose) genre is a game type I am now officially in love with and as long as I keep getting quality games like this, I don’t see myself ever getting sick of them. You can solve each puzzle however you want using as few robots as you can to challenge yourself or as many as you want and watching them all work together to complete a task is very rewarding. Even if you dislike puzzles, I recommend this as it’s unlike your typical VR puzzler and if you do like puzzles than this is a must play, plain and simple.

Addictingly fun! When I first tried this game, I wasn’t sure about it, but after a little while, it is so addicting! The sequences are fun to figure out and when you do, there is a great feeling of accomplishment. I adore this game and was so sad when I finished it. I sincerely hope the developers do a second one. I would buy it in a heartbeat!!
Masterpiece of a Puzzle Game. So you need to help the last clocktower but your not on your own. You have clones literally at your fingertips to help you. I just need to say its teleport movement at the moment but smooth locomotive is being added soon. The game looks stunning, it plays beautifully. The feeling you get when you step back and watch your clones all working as a team is very satisfying. I will go as far to say one of the best puzzle games I’ve ever played in VR and I’ve played a lot. I do have a YouTube channel called fun with the clicks, there is a 30 minute video of the game if you wanted to check out some gameplay footage. A huge well done to everyone involved in this game.
Bought right when it came out. I already love this game in the first hour of playing it, you have to make your garden the most effecient you can, or don't! I have always loved automation games, games where you can clone yourself, and VR games, and THIS is all of them. If you want beautiful graphics that are a mix of cartoony and realistic, incredibly fun gameplay, and something to do if you have 10 minutes to a week off, buy this game. And even with it presumably being 4-6 hours, it has tons of replayability. But most of all, you can see all of your clones working together
Best vr game I’ve played in years. I have played many vr games from the pcvr to the psvr and I have honestly seen a game so beautiful and creative the style of the game mechanics and the area you explore. I have only just got to lily pads and this is already my fav game on the vr
Amazing game. I love it it’s beautiful the back story’s touching and the game and music is awesome it is really unique using the possibility of making clones to complete takes you would normally need to do is so much better than other puzzle games I don’t have any problems with the game play but if you do try resetting you oculus of shutting it off for a bit
