It’s been sixty years since Dr. Martin Luther King delivered his iconic "I Have a Dream" speech, but the messages from that speech resonate today.
“MLK: Now is the Time” is an immersive journey that explores key themes of Dr. King's speech and highlights systemic inequities that persist in our society. Through first-person stories and interactions, “MLK: Now is the Time” drops you into a thoroughly modern interpretation of a contemporary March on Washington that will inform and inspire a new generation of activists.
今度は接続関数 MLK: Now Is The Time」は、TIME Studiosによって作り出された没入感あふれるバーチャルリアリティ体験であり、マーティン・ルーサー・キング・ジュニア博士の「I Have a Dream」のスピーチの永遠な関連性を探求します。
Mysterious fluid leak, a bug in the app?. Unexplainable fluids are leaking from my device while viewing this. The fluid is running down my eyes, down my cheek. I can't figure out what the fluid is or where it comes out from. The bug is in this app because other apps do not cause this mysterious fluid leak.

In my own skin. Iam a black man,, a poet and a ordained minister and this was so real to me, especially when the police man pulled me over and flashed his flash light in my face, and told me to keep my hands on the steering wheel. It made me feel some kind of way! That i wrote a poem about it! This really reopens my eyes about issues back then, and the same worse conditions that we face today as black people.

Incredible experience. I found this experience to deeply moving and educational. Bravo to all those involved.
This App is needed. The point, I believe, is to convey the depth of the social, political, and financial systemic forces designed to keep Black Americans controlled, oppressed, and in impoverished. Many today don't have a clue as to how difficult and dangerous the situation was and the courage of Rev. Dr. King and thousands more who stood up against those systems. These are not stereotypes but realities of Black life. For that the app was great and it is not a "game" so don't go into it looking to have game-type "fun". It is a look back at the "mountain of despair" that we have overcome. The hand tracking, however, is problematic. I do not know if hand-tracking is not ready for prime time or if the app's implementation is less than ideal. When you raise your fist - you can see the virtual fist so you know hand-tracking is working... but there's no real indication (feed back) that you are interacting with the app (no buttons to push, so you don't know what the response should be when your fist is raised) so when nothing happens you are left wondering is it the app? the headset, the hand-tracking? Is my shoe untied? App needs to combine the raising of the fist with definitive tactile, visual, and/or audible feedback...
Disappointed. Unplayable. I purchased this around the time of the anniversary. I started it back then but didn’t have much free time, now in hospital I do have some free time and I’m giving it ago, but can’t get past the insistence on using hand-tracking only.
Yes I see the sign, I hold one hand up, two hands, make the fist in the picture. Nothing gets me past that very first part, before any spoken words are played.
I also see no way to contact the developer for help with it. I’ll update my review if I can actually watch this.
Wonderful Lessons - Family Approved. My 12-year old grandson enjoyed the presentation. He and I had an open discussion and here is his personal opinion:
“In my opinion, this experience was awesome! Within the experience there was a game about, how black people had to go through certain things white people didn’t have to do. Within the game there was also, a part when the police officers pull you over and you have to stay calm and don’t take your hands off the wheel. They were also, talking about how there wasn’t any voting rights for black people and how it was unfair. The experience was awesome!”
Looking forward to more vr content like this to show him the headset has more opportunities besides gaming.
Love documentaries, love MLK. Only a couple minor issues, one of my issues is with the board game analogy, there's noticeable pop ins of shadows off objects like the trees also the height of the video, I mean, I understand the reasoning behind making us look up at the video but it's just slightly too high about blew my back out watching it lol also felt like the documentary was slightly too short. Absolutely loved the power to the people raised ✊
