Good music making tool in VR?. I was actually able to make some pretty good sounding songs with this game. I love that it is easy to use for beginners but is also great for more advanced music makers because of all the features and options to play around with. Another thing that I really like is that the game really uses the fact that it’s in VR by having a customizable interface and cool looking instruments that would only work in virtual reality. Overall an amazing app that I will come back to very often.
Incredible tech. Been playing instruments and producing for a long time, and this is a lifelong dream to make music with my hands in a 3D virtual interface. By far the coolest app on here for musicians or anyone interested in music. Would love to see more instruments and sample choices in the future, even as a DLC or new app, i’d buy it instantly.
*Note for the developers - an envelope setting for the instruments would be suuuuuuper useful (attack / decay / sustain / release)
I fricking loVe it. I have to give this app a 5 star rating. I absolutely love it. The potential to put your ideas down and make some great sounds is massive. In general its still quite difficult and pricey, hardware and software wise to get your ideas down in to a sound especially if you're in to Looping. And with Virtuoso the price for what you're getting is insane. Get to know the app properly and you can't not be super impressed. There's a channel on YouTube called.. S1mes. He does some excellent stuff with the app and you'll see and have a better and quicker understanding of what you can actually do in this. I've had a couple of crashes so I'd recommend saving frequently. For an app that some have considered a toy is unfair and I think they have been limited by patience to get to know the app, what it can actually do and their imagination. There's a couple of good environments and the visuals are great including the pass through to have the virtual set up in your own room. I totally recommend Virtuoso to anyone whose even had a thought about Looping and building sounds. It's for anyone at any level, and FaR from basic. I have to say we'll done with this app, it's Very impressive and does run very well. I've bluetoothed my Quest 3 to my JBL Partybox 100 but the latency is obviously too drastic but totally fine on playback of recordings. I'm going to get a longer 3mm jack cable to connect to my speaker so I can have louder and bassier sounds while I'm creating. I genuinely love and adore Virtuoso and hope the Devs stay with it. It definitely sparks and fires inspiration and motivation.
Incredible Value. I’ve been able to make some awesome tracks for my VR animations over the last couple of years. Virtuoso brings me access to colorful sounds and awesome features like voice recording, looping, and midi connections! Get this app if you want to start making music using your VR headset.
