　CryoVR（http://www.purdue.edu/cryovr）は‏、‎顕微鏡やサンプル前処理装置などのクライオ電子顕微鏡装置を、安全で利用しやすいバーチャルな環境を通してユーザーに理解してもらうために、パデュー大学で開発された一連のバーチャルリアリティトレーニングツールで‏す‎。
　こ‏の‎モジュール、Grid Glow Dischargeは‏、‎PELCO easiGlow Glow Discharge Cleaning Systemを使用したグロー放電グリッドの手順をカバーしていま‏す‎。
　CryoVRはNIH（米国国立衛生研究所）の資金援助を受けており、賞番号は1R25EY029127である。
　こ‏の‎プロジェクトはPurdue Intelligent Visualization and Interaction Laboratory (https://va.tech.purdue.edu)とJiang Lab (https://jiang.bio.purdue.edu)の共同チームによって開発されている。
　

CryoVR (http://www.purdue.edu/cryovr) is a suite of virtual reality training tools developed at Purdue University to familiarize users with cryoEM equipment, such as microscopes and sample preparation equipment, through a safe and accessible, virtual environment.

This module, Grid Glow Discharge, covers the procedure of glow discharge grids using a PELCO easiGlow Glow Discharge Cleaning System.
