Revria is a single-player immersive simulation of life in an open, living star system. Lovingly crafted just for Quest, with a focus on realistic physics and interaction.
• Experience action and adventure in an open star-system that's been hand-crafted for Quest. • Choose your own path on foot and in your ship - or someone else's if you're into the grand-theft thing. • Fly your way, using thumb-sticks and/or virtual controls, along with other custom settings. • Earn credits through holo-apps for making deliveries and bounty hunting (More apps/jobs coming in updates!) • Spend those hard-earned credits at FlyAway! • Discover intriguing structures and artifacts as you learn about the technologies of unknown origin in this system. • Tormenting the police robots is dangerous fun. They'll just make more. • Or maybe you'd rather take a walk on the beach, and listen to some music?
(EARLY ACCESS: This game is still in development. More info and news at www.revria.net)
Support this dev! This is an amazing WIP for a one person team. I was extremely hesitant with my expectations and while this is still definitely bare bones, there’s enough progression in sight to motivate me to keep it up and the gameplay loop is quite cozy. Of course in it’s current stage it will not be your go-to sim to sink hundreds of hours into, but it isn’t as far off as I thought it would be. A little bit of meat in the systems will work wonders and I can see the enjoyment of this increasing exponentially should the dev be able to reach their roadmap goals. As it stands, I’m more than happy with the product. Although it is early access, it is worth noting that plenty of $15 experiences on the official quest store are already little more than tech demos and this I’ve found much more enjoyable and replayable.
Fun game right now, crazy potential! Revria is already fun, and has the potential to be one of the best on the quest store. The game has a solid foundation, and a dedicated dev with a vision.
This... will just never be good. I see what you doing. It's a interesting concept put together really rudimentary at the moment. Bare bones on everything. Alot needs to be done to flesh this out enough to get a player base. I feel bad for all the work that has been done and players money that has been spent. After reading about the developers money problems and getting no game updates in forever I don't see this being any more then what it is now. Just a regret sitting in my collection. I say this with my honest opinion so take it for what it is. Bot recommended.
Potentially immense !!!!! First consideration:this game is a project under development...therefore still plenty of things to implement! You will find the road map on the web site therefore you must try to image what this game could become! The basis of the game are rock solid! It's an open world where you literally travel with your spaceship from one planet to another....and then explore. You can make money transporting goods or hunting people...but watch out to the police! Therefore the way to develop the game are pretty much infinite. The developer is really friendly and open to any suggestion. Just give him time..there are a lot of ideas for the future..imho this game will become amazing..Also updates are quite frequent. For the current price...I think it's really an investment...if you like open word games.
A world I can live in. Even with it's very unfinished look and feel, this game has brought me a higher level of immersion than 90% of the VR games I've played out there. I feel it is mainly because this game was developed with excellent fundamentals from the interactions, to the worlds that truly feel alive and busy with life (even with 0 voicelines!)
I've only spent a couple hours playing so far, but every time I took my headset off it felt like waking up from a different life. Though not exactly comparable, the last time a VR game made me feel like this was Skyrim VR.
Buy this game! Spent a good amount of hours messing around in this game. It’s amazing that such a huge open world can run on quest. The game is in early access so keep that in mind before you buy. I’m excited to see how this game improves in the future
The No Man’s Sky of vr. A great game with loaded of potential, really enjoying how the game feels and how it runs, however I have a few suggestions and complaints
A problem that I encountered was that when I saw the save option I thought there would be slave slots where I could go back and play a older save and not worry about experimenting with somethings, so when I decided to “accidentally” get a 110330000 bounty I thought I could just go back to a old save where I didn’t have such bounty, I was wrong and was forced to delete that save which I had spent more than 3 hours which saddened me
I would appreciate it if you added a previous save feature so I don’t run into this sort of issue again and I would also like to see more ambient sound, more clothes, weapons and vehicle customisation, more types of option to remove bounties, ways to steal from npcs without being noticed, maybe some hand weapons like plasma swords and stuff, maybe some completely underwater planets (almost like subnautica)
Although I understand you guys already have a lot on your plate but these were just a few suggestions for when you guys are free and have fully fleshed out the game
Really awesome game and at first I was skeptical but now I’m completely Invested in this games success, please whoever reads this review
THIS CAN BE HUGE! Support the dev so he can improve the game!
UPDATE:
Revria reminds me a little of the “Mercenary” series, a game from the 1990s for the Commodore 64 and Amiga.
To me, some obvious improvements would be (I’m sure many are on the dev’s list already):
- Multiplayer - Graphics, better textures, especially to avoid pattern repetition, which is so evident from above.
- Sound: I think this is especially important for immersion. Ambient sounds volume on planets is very dim (sea, wind, etc..). Weapon sounds are very cartoonish in my opinion. It would be nice to have also footsteps/running sounds, backpack pickup, weapon storing, etc...
- More weapons/ships (I’m sure this is coming).
- Weight/Gravity: objects (including animated characters) feel weightless. It would be great to have a more realistic sense of acceleration in free-falling bodies. Ships feel they’re made of aluminum foil, you can just push them around with your hand!
- Stamina/Hunger: a system like in Saints and Sinners or Into the Radius, where you get tired and are required to eat to recover stamina.
- Possibility to by property in different planets so you can stay there and rest.
- A more complex weather system on planets, with cloud variability from sunny to fully covered, rain, snow, etc. A more realistic day/night cycle like in Into the Radius.
- Create a small Concert Hall where you can go and listen to music, relax, etc. You can add an option of “naming a chair”, as a donation system to the dev.
This game can be epic! Keep up the good work. I look forward to more.

A classic in the making! As the developer has made clear, this game is far from finished so it seems odd to review it 5 stars now. The reason I did is because everything that is here so far is amazing and if development stays on this track, Revria could easily become my (and many others) favourite quest game.
All the mechanics are very well thought out and implemented. There are so many clever little touches.
The ships control panel is simple but so evective and I find myself switching between control methods depending on my situation. Having to make these little adjustments really adds to the feeling of piloting a ship as well as allowing for very precise control.
The holomap looks great and has an awesome sci fi feel and I love that you will need to scout for charging stations or shops using it. Planning ahead by charging your ship and buying weapons really gives a sense of surviving, but without ever being tedious or intrusive.
The graphics are surprisingly detailed in places and the cities and ships looks great The planets look amazing and drip atmosphere. Even with unfinished NPC's the words somehow feel real with their various habitats and vistas. Planning a bounty mission by gearing up, traveling through space and there navagating a planets surface makes me feel like I'm in a combination of Blade Runner and the Mandalorian
All in all this is the game I've been looking for for a long while - or at the start of it at least. A great space survival game without the horrific No Mans Sky grind. The developer is clearly very talented and I really hope this game continues to grow.
(25% off) Great space game. https:11www.oculus0com1appreferrals1Tkingawesome1 4459668827411315 1?utm_source=4 (Use my code for 25% off, replace 0 with dot, 1 with slash) A great space game that gets updated regularly.
A dream game from childhood. The game is all I was dreaming about when I was a child and played C64. There were few games that opened imagination for how great worlds are out there to explore. I recommend to give this project a chance as with open mind approach everyone can benefit from the world design!
See you in space! Have been playing for a while and this game is great. One of my favourite things to do is just park my ship on a mountain somewhere, get out and just watch the traffic coming to and from different places. One of the few games that nails the feeling of a living world. Dev is doing a great job and has lots planned. The ships are fun to fly with great freedom of movement and hovering down to refuel while you take in your surroundings just feels right.
Great job, keep up the amazing work, this is going to be a forever game for me.
No Man's Sky/Elite Dangerousのような、昔のMorrowind/Oblivionのような雰囲気が欲しいなら、それがHEREです。

Support this Game!! The developer of this app gave me a free version way back before it was approved for the AppLab. I’ve been excited for this game since it was announced on r/OculusQuest. Now that it’s on AppLab, I’m more than happy to put my actual money into supporting this developer. Revria is ambitious. It’s a legit open world game more closely related to No Man’s Sky meets GTA than anything currently available in VR. There’s a strong emphasis on physics and EXPLORATION. Sometimes when you’re playing it, it’s hard to believe that this is being developed by one person! It’s early, but even at this ground level, the game is shaping up to becoming something very special. I hope this game reaches half of its ambitions. However, even accounting for where it currently stands, the game’s polish and scope makes it one to watch.
Like Minecraft or No Man’s Sky, the open ‘world’ is large with different interior and exterior areas to explore. There is already a growing population of NPCs to interact with, and you’re empowered to travel by foot on land or by commandeering a personal ship to fly. Also like No Mans Sky, your ship can go beyond the atmosphere into space where there are more populated planets to visit.
Interactive NPCs, mechanics, and graphics are constantly being updated. Recently combat mechanics were added, and it looks great! If you want a No Man’s Sky/Elite Dangerous, with the feel of old Morrowind/Oblivion, it’s HERE. This game will only get better with support! Tell a friend. No, I’m not the developer but I want by more people to know about this game! Haven’t been this passionate about a Quest exclusive experience since Tea For God and Ancient Dungeons! Get it!
Hugely ambitious labor of love. Couldn't help but support this epic project with my 14 bucks. The dev is so passionate and committed to quality...I see greatness in the makes here. The game is already fun and is the only title I've played on Quest that gives true No Man's Sky feels. Wishing you all the luck and cant wait for next update!
The potential is huge! Feels like a VR retro game in the likes of the good old Elite series - the world just looks so 90’s VR in a good way. I love to spend time just walking around, exploring the solar system and just do whatever I feel on doing.
Doing some deliveries, hanging around with the robots, checking out some bounty fighting, sneaking around in others apartments, or just flying around in space.
Jump in and support the dev! This will be a wild ride. :-)
Not finshed, but has a ton of potential! This game is a weird one to review, because it's clearly not finished. That's not a problem though, it's clearly marked as Early Access so that's to be expected.
What is here at the moment is a sandbox in the vain of a GTA, only with a sci-fi twist. You're on a planet that you're free to explore, either on foot or by flying car.
At the moment there's only simplistic missions objectives to achieve, and a bunch of NPCs all over the place to "interact"... as in shoot at or ram into. Commit a crime though and the cops will hunt you down. All this happen through dynamic systems that are fun to play around with. What's here is a neat start however, it's a fun world to just mess around in. If there was more content as in usable items/weapons and missions to do - it could be incredible. I have high hopes for what this could become!
