Bionic Hunter : The Ancient Sword（シューティング）の評価とレビュー
OK except a bug with map loading. The game looks OK so far but... I started by playing the "volcano" map, failed at mission 7 or so. Then wanted to start again from lobby by loading "volcano" map but the "ice planet" has loaded instead. If I select "ice planet" to load, then "ice planet" will load as well. Retried few times, I just cannot reload the "volcano" map again. Why?

This game really surprised me. Should DEFINITELY be on the main store, and it’s i crime that it isn’t. It’s more polished than 90% of the FPS on the main quest store. Trust the reviews. BUY IT. Some of the most fun I’ve had yet in VR.
Monsters look freaky good, great game. It's fabulous at a good price too, and I'd say much better than similar games u pay twice as much for in Oculus store. The monsters are huge and graphically scary looking with freaky detail, great art work on the creatures.
One guy did this? Get out! I tried Shock Troops first and thought it was okay. Clearly an homage to Castle Wolfenstein. But Bionic Hunter is Quake (which I preferred). Not exactly scary (except sometimes the monsters sneak up behind you and the big ones are BIG) and the environments are nothing special and a bit repetitive, but man, those monsters look beautiful. As others have said there are missions to keep it from being just repetitive wave shooting and I hope more are added. I agree with the comments that the pop-up messages are annoying. Even though there is an option to disable them some still come through and are very obtrusive. I don't need to be reminded 20 times that I have to repair two more satellites, thanks!
I am truly in awe that only one guy was able to put out such a good game, and I agree it belongs on the official store!

Awesome monster shooter. Look out Quake and Doom, there's a new kid in town. This game is pure and simple fun, but still challenging and chaotic at times, as monsters come at you from all directions. The weapons are cool, the graphics and gameplay are excellent, and the dev continues to update and improve the game on a regular basis, giving us more options to choose from. 100% worth the asking price, and it should be directly available to purchase on the Oculus store to begin with, as it's so much more deserving to be than other games that are for some reason. 10/10. :)

Awesome!!! It took some time to get into it but holy sXXX this game is a blast! So much fun and rewarding gameplay, im on 11th place from online leaderboard on the first map. very addictive, good gunplay and the monsters look great (doomstyle)
low budget but amazing Doom clone. I can't believe this is even running on Quest, some genuinely impressive graphics showcase, good texturing but mainly a display for normal and specular mapping like you rarely see in Quest games. Had they baked shadows into the maps this would look even more impressive.
As for the game itself, it's very fast-paced shooting with no time for manual reload, but I'd still would've enjoyed it there was the popular shake weapon to reload. They also feel mostly weightless, lack some punch compared to other VR shooters, but I can't quite pinpoint what it is. For all the good presentation and lots of demons, it feels a bit on the easy side. I like that maps are reasonably open and offer an element of exploration, it's not an arena wave shooter.
One thing I really hate though: the tons of messages popping up all the time in some of the most cheesy fonts and colors ever - some even superimposed onto previous ones! This is awful, please just have a control help menu or at least a menu option to turn off all such messages.

Bionic Hunter : The Ancient Sword a game where your sent to an Alien planet with the task to survive waves, so yes this is a wave shooter at its heart but its been given a lot of love to make it feel like so much more. Speaking literally first is well ME yes I volunteered to record some lines for this game earlier this year so you get to hear me, I am not going to judge my own voice acting but I will say that having spoken lines makes the game feel a lot more polished and immersive to engage yourself into the situation. The game also has full smooth locomotion options including turn speed so its very adaptable to your playstyle and feels great to move around.
The game doesn't stop there though, Bionic Hunter has a huge cast of very creepy looking aliens that look straight out of Doom or an Alien horror movies from the 80s. Lots of creepy walking animations, and a huge scale which can really look terrifying up close.
On top of the Aliens though we can collect the souls of fallen monsters after a mission involving finding and repairing Satellite's. Once we get 10 souls we can trade them in and call for a robot ally to come and kick some serious Alien butt! Having the extra help adds a lot to the experience for me and I love seeing the robot swing the sword and let me catch my breath.
Bionic Hunter is a fantastic game at a low price point with a lot to play with and be excited about. The wide variety of weapons and abilities gives you the chance to swap your play style constantly to avoid being bored and all the monsters keep it exciting to keep progressing and see what is unleashed on you. I am very excited to have my voice in the game which definitely adds to my personal enjoyment but as a game its just one that is very easy to pick up and play and have a good time.

An ambitious game from a talented dev. With a great visual presentation, fitting score and music, decent voice acting and a story, Bionic Hunter: The Ancient Sword is a must play wave shooter with a difference. Video review below.
A fun shooter. There are problems with this game but it's a blast to play.
Reminded me of Doom/Quake.
Graphically the volcano world (the only world I've ventured to so far) is quite impressive in places. Animation on the creatures could be better, but they're still mostly impressive, if a little glitchy in places.
Gun handling is a bit of a problem, feels flimsy holding a weapon compared to most games of this genre. Doesn't feel like I'm holding the weapon.
There are tons of weapons to choose from.
I didn't actually like the swords at all, and preferred to stick with the guns. When fighting the creatures with the sword, it didn't feel like I was hitting them.
Still, the positives outweigh the negatives, and this comes highly recommended.
