There are few technologies as immersive as VR, which can digitally put you in the shoes of a person walking around a building/home. While it may seem like an expensive investment, it helps your business in the long run. You don't need to stage or show properties in person as much if you have VR tech ready to go.

Poor UI. The current navigation UI is "Press thumbstick to teleport." This is a difficult UI to use: you have to press the thumbstick down, and then, while holding it down, move left/right to change the teleport angle. And, this doesn't follow Oculus app conventions -- most apps teleport by pushing the thumbstick forward (which is my preference); a few use the A button.
Since the whole point of this app is to move about the apartment, I suggest improving teleport UI at the very least. I'd also suggest having slide be an option (though not the default, since it can cause motion sickness). For a good example, see Walkabout Mini Golf, which allows both.
(This is an update of my previous unnecessarily rude review.)
More options. I liked the app. Great decorating ideas. I wish there were more style options and I wish you could pick different furniture and personalize the home as you wish.
Excellent looking demo. There are a few typo: - at first, you have to use the right controller as the left controller cannot interact with changing the furniture. - There is a sign upstairs saying to press A with the left controller... well A is on the right controller.
