Addicting! Arto is incredibly relaxing and I found myself quickly enjoying the music and atmosphere just as much as drawing. As far as drawing, the possibilities seem endless. Seriously....soooo much to explore! The choices available are nothing short of amazing. I can see myself in here for hours learning the tools and creating some pretty cool finished drawings on the canvas. The controls are taking some time to learn, but given time I'm hoping they become more familiar. Overall, this is just an incredible app and hands down the best drawing app I've seen available. Well worth your time to check it out!
Absolutely amazing drawing app. This app blows you away with it's amazing environments to draw in. You get excitement and relaxation to the max while drawing with easy to use tools. I'm no painter by far and this app is putting drawing and the feel of game play together in the most astonishing way. I absolutely recommend ARTO to anyone to try. The most fun you can imagine. Drawing while falling and turning through a futuristic city, in Frankenstein Castle or in a cave, So many choices. Relaxing in a zen environment, so much to see. I love all the stencils that gives you inspirations and helps to draw great pictures. I could go on and on..... Just give it a try and you will not be disappointed

As a Monet enthusiast, the opportunity to dive into the artistic world of Arto was too enticing to resist. 🎨 From the moment I picked up the virtual brush, I was in for a unique and immersive experience. The initial half-hour served as a learning curve, where I found myself revisiting the fundamental lessons from past "paint and sip" classes – first the background, then the featured items. I was so immersed in the surroundings I completely forgot what I learned in those classes, but I think it turned out well. What struck me most was the inherent calmness that enveloped me throughout the painting process. Even for those who may not be seasoned painters, the virtual boat gently swaying on the tranquil water served as the perfect backdrop for creativity. It transformed the entire experience into a therapeutic retreat, allowing me to get lost in the strokes of the brush and the soothing ambiance. Very recommended!! I was looking for something different, kind of relaxing app. This is the one! You can choose from different places and then you get a canvas you can freely paint on, or else use different patterns depending on the place you've chosen first. You can choose from different music ambiance so relax is total. Very recommended!!
Like an artist. This app has fabulous environments which supports your creative mind :-) This app has a wonderful environment that supports your creative mind :-) I am technical but with this app everyone gets their own part of creative mind and make amazing drawings. When I gave the app to my wife to try, I had a hard time getting the glasses back on.

There are different environments to fit any personality and mood. I haven't painted since I was three years old, and I'm still as good. This game give me courage to explore my well hidden creativity. For my first serious attempt I choosed the beautiful Lake area where the water lilys made it feel like stepping into a Monet painting. There I turned the music off and just let the chirping birds guide my hands. I enjoyed the calm relaxing experience which is worth more than monet-ary gain.
When ya gotta Van Gogh, ya gotta Arto….. ….because you’ll be consta-painted. 😉 I wasn’t sure how Arto was going to turn out for me as I’m not artistically talented or creative; however, I found things to explore, other than just painting or eating crayons (USMC), and was able to create my first masterpiece. Then another! Yep, I’d hang them on my wall. You would too! Additional tools are provided to help the artistically-challenged to appear to be talented artists. You’ll be shady, a little sketchy, and Arto will try to frame you! Plus, the environments and soundtrack are very relaxing. But yet, my favorite part is having fun taking creative in-game screenshots with a simple press of the left joy stick, which automatically saves to your files along with your new gallery of impressive art. If your favorite swimming technique is the brushstroke, this is definitely for you.
Makes me feel like an artist. My favorite area by far so far is the Zen area. The symmetry art makes my brain feel good and I actually feel like I am good at art. The music is so wonderful and relaxing and I am just lost in the moment. I cannot wait to see how this program progresses!
Arto great!! A great drawing app with a creative canvas. easy to understand and open up ideas for you I need to find more time to play with it. Arto is a great choice for your first drawing app in VR.
Really great to be creative. Ist a really great App for being creative and draw some pictures or make a great Mandala. It would be a 5 Star App if there would be more paint brushes like some bigger or smaler one or like some spray can to be more creative. 👍
All Inclusive Art App! I’ve spent a bit creating in Arto now, and I am absolutely blown away by it’s beauty! From painting in a huge studio, to having a smaller canvas on a scenic boat view, this app absolutely delivers on every front.
My favorite feature to utilize so far is the stencil feature. It allows for even the most artistically challenged of people to make stunning pieces of work!!
I really enjoy the music accompaniment while creating - my only suggestion would be working in a web browser so I can watch stuff while I paint/draw! Imagine having a YouTube painting tutorial you’re able to follow along with!?!? Or just watching some mindless entertainment between thoughts of what to do next!
There are so many tools you can use to best showcase your creativity… compared to the couple other art apps I’ve played, I foresee this keeping me captivated and coming back the most.
Love the mandala canvas! So first off, let me say that I am NO artist! I’ve always wanted to have an “artistic” side, but the “logic” side of my brain wants everything to be symmetric… That, and always trying to be “perfect” with hand-drawing makes it really hard for me to be “artistic” per se. I’ve tried multiple different art applications on the Quest and this is the first one that has an actual solution to mix both art and the symmetry that my mind needs when being “artistic”! There’s a “Mandala” mode that allows you to draw but then replicates whatever you draw as part of a circular pattern. It reminds me a lot of the designs you see from the Diwali holiday that India celebrates. I find many of those colors and patterns mesmerizing and the mandala canvas allows me to replicate those patterns in a very uniform way. There’s also a mirror canvas that replicates everything you draw on one side to the other side. I haven’t completed any art in any other application until this one. I like it a lot!
Amazing art game. This is a great game to have in the library. It’s the type of game that you can sit down and play whenever. It is very relaxing to play and doesn’t get boring because there are so many different stencils along with many environments to be in. Highly recommend this game even if you aren’t a top tier artist.
Great for All Skill Levels! I am by no means an artist or anywhere close to it but Arto makes it easy for all skill levels to create amazing masterpieces. There are so many different locations to creat and even stencils so no talent people like me can make something recognizable. The tools take a minute to figure out hut after that they are easy. The developer is very responsive to feedback and obviously cares about the user experience. I really enjoy this app.
