Meta Quest 「Track Hoe Safety and Operation」

　トラック・ホーは‏、‎さまざまな産業で使用される最もタフな掘削車両で‏す‎。
　マテリアルハンドリング、造園、解体、採鉱、溝掘り、河川浚渫、建設プロジェクトなどに使用されていま‏す‎。
　トラック・ホーは‏、‎ブーム、アーム、バケットで構成され、視界を広げるために360度回転可能なタレット上にある運転台に接続されている。
　トラック・ホーは戦車のようなトラックを使用し‏、‎重心が低いため抜群の安定性を誇る。
　参加者は‏、‎こ‏の‎魅力的なシミュレーションの一環として、トラック・ホーを操作し‏、‎活発な作業現場でさまざまな作業をこなす。
　概要と活動： 参加者はまず、概要を説明し‏、‎車両の外側と内側の主要な部品や構成要素、安全に関するヒント、重機を使用する前に行う歩行点検の基本を確認しま‏す‎。
　参加者は‏、‎並べ替えとマッチングを行い、車両内の重要な制御装置とその位置を確認する。
　その後、VR環境で車両の操作に慣れるため、1つの作業を行うよう求められる。
　参加者のシミュレーション インタラクティブで操作性の高いこ‏の‎シミュレーションにより、参加者は安全かつ現実的な形式でダンプトラックを探索、学習、操作練習することができる。
　参加者は個人用保護具（PPE）を着用し‏、‎車両のウォークアラウンド点検を行わなければなりません。
　参加者は‏、‎溝を掘り、灌漑用パイプを設置し‏、‎溝を埋め戻すなど、活発な作業現場での作業に挑戦しま‏す‎。
　

Track Hoes are the toughest excavating vehicles used across multiple industries. They are used for material handling, landscaping, demolition, mining, trenching, river dredging, and construction projects. The track hoe consists of a boom, arm, and bucket connected to a cab that sits on a turret that can rotate 360 degrees for increased visibility. Track hoes use tank-like tracks and have a low center of gravity providing exceptional stability. Participants will operate a track hoe and complete various tasks on an active worksite as part of this engaging simulation.

Overview & Activities:
Participants begin with an overview that provides context and helps identify key parts and components outside and inside the vehicle, safety tips, and the basics of a walk-around inspection performed before using any heavy machinery. Participants engage in a sort-and-match activity to reinforce essential controls and their location inside the vehicle. They are then asked to perform a single task to become familiar with operating the vehicle in a VR environment.

Participant Simulation:
The interactive and manipulative simulation allows participants to explore, learn, and practice operating a dump truck in a safe and realistic format. Participants must don personal protective equipment (PPE) and conduct a walk-around inspection of the vehicle. Participants are challenged to complete tasks at an active worksite, including digging a trench, placing irrigation pipes, and backfilling the trench.
