　1. 外でブロッコリーとバナナを収穫し‏、‎ブロッコリーはすりおろし‏、‎バナナはつぶしてジップロックの袋に入れる。
　2. すりおろしたブロッコリーとつぶしたバナナをそれぞれ空のビーカーに入れ、塩と界面活性剤を加えた蒸留水を加える。
　3. 塩と界面活性剤を加えた蒸留水を棒でゆっくりと混ぜ、ブロッコリーとバナナの入ったビーカーにそれぞれ注ぐ。
　4. ブロッコリーとバナナを別々にガーゼで漉し‏、‎冷蔵庫のエタノールを加えた溶液にそれぞれ少しずつ加え、10分待つ。
　5. DNAが表面に浮いてくるのを見て、2つを合わせてブロッコリー・バナナを作る。
　-ブロッコリーとバナナのDNAは水面に浮いてくる。
　エタノールは冷えると溶けにくくなるので‏、‎冷蔵保存する。

-The DNA from the broccoli and banana floats to the top of the water. Keep the ethanol refrigerated because the colder the ethanol is, the less soluble it is.
