I LOVE this game. I have always been a huge star wars fan and been looking for something that will give me a lightsaber and let me fight storm troopers. I played Jedi challenges and it was pretty cool, but not perfect. This game was really close, however I think the fight with Vader should have been harder, but it was still really fun. And the dojo was honestly my favorite part. I really felt like a jedi/sith at some points. But keep in mind that it’s 30-60 minute story (per game) so don’t get your hopes crushed when it ends earlier then you hoped.
Great story, fun Dojo mode. The dojo mode is as fun as Beat Saber, a great fitness experience set in Star Wars universe! You can customize your lightsabers and choose any way of fighting you want.
And the story in the campaign is really great and fun, just like previous episodes. It's like living in an EU novel or comic book.

Punch it Captain. K I'm not reviewing the other episodes. Vader series is cool, but feels like a VR trailer. I'll just say that when the bot yells punch it captain and you hit the lever to blast off into hyperspace it feels very epic. I envision that there will eventually be better games where there are more moments like this.
Best Star Wars vr game. This game is top notch. It really makes you feel like a Jedi. The story is captivating and well thought out(you even get to fight Vader himself). The dojo is just as good. You get to unlock many characters lightsabers and it has a wide variety of enemies to provide the right level of challenge. Outstanding game.
Absolutely fantastic. I just LOVE this game. Easily one of the best vr games today. This is of course comming from a huge star Wars fan but nonetheless is was amazing. The dojo is probably my favorite part getting to you force lightning was awesome. I really felt like Jedi or sith. A must see! I do wish to games were longer though, as they are only 20 minutes each. But still awesome. The duel with Vader was a little short but it made me feel like I was actually dueling Vader. If your a star wars fan, you should 100% try this out.
Honest review from a clone trooper. If you are here for the short version: this one is the best of the 3 episodes. If you want only 1, buy this one. Its a great game that will satisfy your star wars hunger. Story is short, dojo is awesome.
Long: The story for me felt to short. I know it is well known, but still... it could have been a full story, interactive or not, and ramp up the price to 20 euro. Now it feels like a demo version, 1 of 3 episodes unlocked. Nevertheless, what's there is great, probs to the devs!
The dojo....man o man! This is where it shines. The dojo is worth 8 euros! I cant describe... you + sabers + noob AI = jedi-gasm! You have to experience it otherwise dont watch star wars:) there is 1 flaw, and that is that melee combat is meeeh. Also a function where only melee and not throwing/shooting is needed would be great. Like the first episode dojo.
Super cool and intertaining. You get to pierce Stormtroopers through the neck with Lightsabers. Your abilities are the Force, Thermal Detonators, E-11 Blasters, and a Lightsaber(s). In the end you battle Darth Vader and it shows how powerful he is. Mustafar looks great in it. The gameplay is slick.
Great game! Would recommend! The game is a great choice! It is fun and suspenseful always keeping you on your toes. I would recommend this to someone looking for a new adventure. However, I wish 1, 2, and 3 were all in one game. Make sure you play 1 and 2 before hand.
THE FINE PRINT. So, dojo works really well, it’s a blast— if you buy this app you’re buying the dojo. Campaign is extremely restrictive. It’s basically a walkthrough Star Wars novel, not a sandbox lightsaber battle (which I was really hoping for) basically: if you enjoyed fruit ninja and wish you had that vs stormtroopers using the force, but this. If you want to feel like a Jedi? Look elsewhere.
I don’t usually write reviews but I thought this important to explain lol.
Incredible. Very enjoyable sometimes frustrating but you keep trying and you get there and it gives you a workout I must say, and exciting once you unlock rewards and many other things, the story is very easy to follow a bit short but overall very enjoyable.
Was worth it. This game is fun and the storyline is great.. except to be canon the proper timeline is DURING Rogue One ( after Commander Krennic visits Mustafar but before Vader is on the Star Destroyer) exclusively (I reference the Wikipedia synopsis here). I agree the story is way too short but the Lightsaber Dojo totally makes it worth it. So much fun grabbing enemies with the force, whipping them around, and throwing lightsabers at enemies.
Also.. I noticed that the collision detection on the Lightsaber blades is only 3/4 of the blade and not the full blade.
Lightsaber Dojo is Glorified wack-a-mole. This game is extremely disappointing. If you play the light saber dojo the way that it is intended you’re going to spend 0% of your time actually in cool Lightsaber fights and 100% of your time just frantically throwing your light sabers or shooting a gun all over the place. If you want to have any chance at getting 3 accommodations on the levels and unlocking the cool lightsabers they offer as rewards, then you won’t get into a single fun exchange the entire level. You will spend the whole time killing enemies as they spawn. People buy Star Wars games, ESPECIALLY IN VR, because they want to get into fun Lightsaber fights like they see in the movies, not so that they can just wave their arms around and throw things at people constantly, but that is what the game rewards unfortunately. It is especially sad because the duels against the higher level droids and sentinels are actually decently made and fun, but like I said, if you play the game the way the developers reward you for then you won’t even end up getting into any of those duels. The most fun you can have is if you do not allow yourself to ever use the force or throw the sabers, you will get into much more exciting sequences and actually feel close to a Jedi, but get no rewards or points for it. I hope this gets more noticed and there can be a lightsaber game more focused on actually lightsaber fighting and not just playing wack-a-mole with your saber.
P.S, the story is so bad it is not even worth playing. Same issue as I stated in the lightsaber dojo and the enemies are so painfully robotic and easy to kill it just feels like a massive waste of time. That and the fact that you spend more time walking, climbing, and listening to uninspired generic dialogue than actually fighting. Really missed the mark and wasted potential.
Play the dojo before writing a review. I have posted a similar review on episode I, for everyone who wrote a bad review on the game. You might wanna re write that review. The dojo is amazing. It has great intensity, not to much that you don’t wanna play, but not so little that it isn’t interesting. And when people talk about the Darth Vader fight being a beginner tutorial, dojo has already delivered a harder fight in the form of the sentinels and light saber training droids. So to everyone who wrote these bad reviews. Before giving up on the game, play through the first 10 or more levels in the dojo. And see how you like it! Maybe you’ll think about re writing your review!
Vader immortal. Honestly the Light saber dojo is my favorite part of the 3 Vader immortal games . I did enjoy the experience. However being a old school star wars fan. I naturally found some of the characters to be rather annoying , cheesey and obnoxious humor . Which would be much more tolerable. If one was able to Skip the long winded speaking . You have to listen to everything and wait through the story line. Which takes up more of the short lived episodes . Than the actual. Action itself . Honestly with the title of Vader immortal . I expected more . Yet I am still greatful . having the chance to experience full lightsaber training. I can honestly say I've waited for a chance to experience this since a child . So I've got mixed feelings.. I can appreciate all the positives . However I feel there was much more potential that could have been drawn upon . I hope to see someone do right by the characters of old in star wars.. as well as hopefully any future characters . By honoring the characters who dared to be original .without trying to steal the story . Or in this case the game . Or next time just build in a skip opinion. Graphics are sweet , sabers are sick ! Wish I could leave a better review. That being said. I'm still happy I own these games and for the price . It's worth it.
The Dojo is a dream come true! I'm a huge Star Wars fan and have been for many years. The single player is enticing enough when you enjoy the Star Wars fandom, but the pinnacle of this series is definitely the Dojo. My God, what a dream to wield a lightsaber in a training simulation that feels so real you often catch yourself posing and showboating with the lightsaber in hand. It's definitely tough to complete the dojo and only gets harder as you progress through the levels/episodes. This is something I really enjoy because although the story is very short, you find yourself struggling to get through the dojo until you've mastered it. Small things like the fact that when you deflect laser shots, you actually have to position the lightsaber correctly to send them back at your target, really make it feel as though you are a part of the game. It's incredibly fun as well as a good workout and I couldn't recommend it more to a fellow Star Wars fan in particular.
A fun game but not much to play in story. See when I got to the vaders castle yes it was really fun with the e11 and bombs but after that I find I can hold e11s in by my side so getting to the Vader Seen with a e11 to see what happened if you have one is hard but the Vader fight is the must fun and the lightsaber dojo is the best.So far and the now lightsabers you can are so cool like you can get darth malls lightsaber sure yes it is not that good but still cool. But now you can have to lightsabers in game it’s so much fun and a blast if you get a e11 to. But the ending to the game is sad and uneventful warning Spoilers now if you haven’t played it stop reading ok will the end sucks because will it’s just a way of saying that’s y they’re not in any thing but this game and also you lose your force powers to you can’t grab the lightsaber with the force and even worse you can’t jest say no Cause the game can’t Register that and your forced to say yes as far as I can see idk maybe you can say no but I haven’t find it yet but see all Around good game 5 stars
Most entertaining!! Dojo is awesome, VR gevestigd you the chance to really use the force like never before. Building up in force skills from episode 1 to the end is well done. The story is a movie like experience with variety. But could use more action and excitement. But the dojo makes up for all of that!!! A must for every fan.
Immortal Vader III. The light saber dojo is awesome..... though a bit limited. Just 47 levels. My highest score is 361 kills. Great workout for me. Hoping it will be upgraded real soon...
Dojo training ftw. It's a novelty game. But a good one. I don't play more than an hour or two at a time. But when I play it before resting my arms, it's great. Huge fan of it.
I can't speak much on the story. But I'm very happy with the 20 or so hours I've played it. Dual blade is where it's at. Play to unlock it and you're golden.
Great dojo, bad story playtime. The dojo is extremely fun and of you just want to use the force and throw lightsabers then I definitely would suggest this game if your looking more for story I would suggest a different game like tales from the galaxy's edge. In summary good story but too short. Pretty good graphics but they can be iffy. Pretty good physics and overall a solid 9/10
