Joy and wonder. Wow, at 42 1/2 years old I've almost forgotten how beautiful and exciting a game can be.
Is it short? Fairly.. Is it challenging? No, not really.. Does it make you stop and just say "wooooah!"? Yes often..
My god I've not enjoyed the all encompassing dive into a game nor character bond since my first love of Zelda and Hyrule. It's that good. Easily one of my all time top gaming experiences ever... It doesn't make you sweat and sweat like the water temple did it's just in adulterated joy and fun.
I did grow up reading LoTR and the Redwall series so I might be swayed by that, but surely that's a good thing right??

Do not let to be fooled by a small and cute mouse, this game is a lot more than it first looks: it is great adventure. As you can see from the reviews many grown ups, it is a game not just for childen, many enjoyed playing through the great story, the wonderly world and the challenging puzzles. Beautiful game (25% off link). Don’t get me wrong, the puzzles and gameplay of this game are very unique and fun. But the actual scenes you are put in are just so clear and intricate that I genuinely could just sit in them for hours.

Epic !!! I dont really know what to say,im a shoot em up type of guy,hardcore rawwwrrr,but sheesh,I fell in love with little quill,shes spicy in every way ,she became my friend who made me feel guilty when I had to take the headset off,I missed her,the bond you get helping this little cutie in her quest is awesome,my street cred went right out of the window and I dont care,the visual and emotional side of this game is something you can't describe or teach,you just have to witness this world and all it has to show you,this game sets the bar way higher than you can ever see on vr at the moment,everything else I see here fails in comparison,hats off to the devs and the pure love and care taken while making this masterpiece,ive bought the sequel but still don't want this to end,my world will be a sad dark place without this little pin sized mouse,this game blew me away and still does now,dont think just do,you gotta buy this game,I would happily keep buying these games just for the attachment and the stunning scenery,it deserves 100 stars,not 5.buy it,you will not ever regret
A game to cherish. All I can say is wow. So many environments in this game are stunning and relaxing. And so we’ll conceived, with positive female roles and challenging but not impossible puzzles. As a senior female, I never really got the point of the shooter games, nor could I understand the use of the controls. But this is different! I loved this game so much and played it over and over. To me, this will be the future of VR - beautifully crafted scenarios that can be enjoyed and cherished by all ages.
Amazing game however... Graphics, concept, play, story... are beautiful and so well thought out, and fun to play.... HOWEVER... this is a one & DONE game. There is no option for replaying it. I have a serious problem with buying something that I can't go back and replay, enjoy again. I have several Wii & GameCube games (old school I know) that I've play multiple times through out the year and no, they don't get old. IF this game was repayable, it would SOOOOO be a 5 star game, even if it is short, it is cute & fun.
Great for a beginner like me. This is the first game I’ve ever tried and it was perfect. It is beautiful to look at. The game is designed so that the early sections are straightforward and you learn the skills you will need. It’s a nice mix of obstacle/logic puzzles and fighting. And it is a long game- you really get your money’s worth. Also, you CAN replay the game, which I’m sure I will do. You could go for fastest completion, or most swag, or just explore all the possibilities.
A VR diamond. I love everything about that game. The challenge level is just right and I like that dying is never extremely punishing. The world building is FABULOUS. It truly shows how fantastic VR games can be at world building. The writing is great too. Congrats devs! I can’t wait to finish the first one and discover the 2nd!
I Don't Even Like Puzzle Games. This game is so beautiful I almost teared up. Like for real. It's so much prettier than I thought it would be. I just want to sit in some of the forest scenes forever. (And with no time limit, I could if I wanted!)
As anyone with a heart knows, Quill is SO FRAKKIN ADORABLE I WANT TO PUKE. Tiny tiny adorable Quill omg, when she takes off and puts on her backpack and her little ears flatten!

I reflexively apologize to her when I accidentally dump her off a cliff or get her perished in a battle. The first time I plopped her in the water and she went down I was like "Nooo, I'm sorry I didn't mean to do that, I'll be more careful I swear, I'm still getting the hang of the controls!"

Downloaded it last night to give it a quick five-minute check out before bed, ended up in there almost 3 hours.
I'm shocked. I wasn't going to get this game because it just didn't seem right to me. I have it a go and that was the best idea ever! This game has the perfect blend of story, adventure and puzzles! I love trying to figure out each stage with excitement to see the next! I havnt finished it yet but when I do I'm 100% going to get the second game, I can't wait!
Best game ever. This is one of the first serious games that I bought and played after buying me a Meta Quest but it’s definitely amazing. Visually it is a 10 out of 10 it’s just so innovative and absolutely stunning. I would be in these world so I felt so immersed in, and I would Get so excited and it’s also challenging enough to really make me use my mind and feel like I’m kind of smart. Some stuff was a little tricky for me to figure out so I had to go online and look up some hints or tricks but overall it is a 10 out of 10 I would 1000% recommend this I also am in the middle of Part two so I will write a review on that once I am done. But if you were going to get any game for the VR, this is definitely the one to get.  just for reference I am a 36-year-old female who was always really obsessed with like Mario and I love Zelda breath of the wild but I’m not a huge gamer I do not like war games but this is just overall really great experience.

Best VR game today. Aside from simulators like Eleven TT, the large majority of current VR games have limited graphics and no real story depth. This game is different. The graphics and gameplay are in a league of its own .
I’m a big Zelda fan and find Moss similarly engaging. Not because it’s a Zelda clone but because the effort and passion from its creators are on a similar level and it shows.
Not yet finished but in-love!!! I'm so in-love with sweet little Quill!! Oh my gosh! To me, the trailer and even some gameplay videos steered me away from getting this game. But the reviews and other videos showed people just gushing about this game, so I kept coming back to it. I finally bought it tonight and wish I hadn't waited so long!
I played for about an hour tonight and did NOT want to stop!! This is one of those games that makes me want to call in sick so I could stay home from work and play it! :)
Awesome graphics!!! Game play is easy to understand, though some of the puzzles have challenged me. It's just awesome!

Moss 1 and 2. Moss is the only game I have purchased I’ve played lots of others This game is on another level from the moment I loaded Moss 1 I was hooked. It takes you into a whole new world I just couldn’t believe the detail Quill is just so cute and you really do bond with her. I’ve played MOSS 1 a few times and I’m into MOSS2 the storyline has sometimes left me sitting there an emotional wreck and it’s just a game such is the quality of it. I can’t praise it enough. I do hope there is a Moss 3
I’d give this a full 11 stars if I could. Absolutely fantastic game. The graphics are amazing, the story is captivating and the puzzles are super fun to solve with just the right amount of complexity and reward. I cannot recommend this enough. If you are a fan of story driven, puzzle solving games, this is a must. Looking forward to playing Book2.
Just get it.... you know you want too. I will save you all the text that you can read throughout all the other reviews here. I've played this from Start to End, and then I even played it again to get all the hidden little treasures you can locate throughout the game. I Highly Recommend this game for both the Story and Graphics. 5+++

Love this game especially when you look close at quill ie get near it’s like your there with her just want to pick her up lol scenery is great for this type of game as well nearly finished it can’t wait to get moss 2 👍🏻puzzles am good as well gets the grey matter buzzing lol keep the good work up devs get some more games like this coming
Amazing puzzle platformer game! Good visuals, nice animations, sounds, ambient environments, the story... all on very good level. Also present good VR mechanics. Great for kids!
Disadvantages: Quest 2 graphics could have been better (no noticeable improvement compared to Quest 1 graphics), in the Quest market video trailer from the PC version! (with much better graphics). I think it's not fair to show one think and sell another. The graphics on the Quest are noticeably simpler than on the PC, but at the same time it is also good, so I would like to see the actual graphics in the trailer.
But despite the relatively weak graphics (Quest 1 level), the game is still the best platformer on VR!)
P.S. Moss Book 2 is even better and more beautiful!)
Excellent. This game is the absolute best vr game i have purchased. This game is adventurous, and a wonderful work of art. Game play is very smooth and not at all difficult. I highly recommend this game. Loved the puzzle aspect of each scene.
3d graphics "10". Amazing scenery, good story line, good atmosphere to the whole experience. Great job to the game developers / creators...
