Great game with a fun story. The game is fun but sadly short the concept of it is fun as you start working for a company called activitude and you follow the story and find some weird things about what's happening. The concept of being in virtual reality in virtual reality is confusing because you end up having 7 headsets on at the same time and then it gets Very confusing
Good game. Can we have a free trial for the second game? I would try it. I only got this game because of the trial and captainsauce. Shout out to captain sauce.
ONE OF THE BEST VIRTUAL REALITY GAMES. This game is phenomenal- I got really really bummed when the stranger things vr game got delayed so I looked at getting more of their games, and found this. It drew me in, I didn’t even look at reviews, I just went in for it and it totally won my heart.
I LOVE CHAZ so much and Hernandez can be hilarious. Eliza really brought it home, and I could feel her emotions seeping out. She really sounded heartbroken because of Chaz.
The story is fantastic, characters are great, music is amazing, there is not one downside I can think of about this game.
One of my favorite games I’ve ever playe. This game is SOOO good!!! I love everything about it! It’s genuinely so underated and I WISH more people would play it. Every song is really good, or really good at giving the type of vibe it needs (for example I would never listen to Bold Pursuit casually; not that it’s bad, I just go into a fight or flight response every time I hear it), I loved the art style SOOO much, and the designs of the characters and the worlds, every place you go feels so real and immersive! The voice acting is super good too, and the controls are really simple and feel super natural!! It’s also superrr funny!! Another thing I noticed in one area is that when you lift an item that would be heavy irl, it’s hard to pick up, like it IS heavy, which is such a small detail but SO SO COOL and immersive!! god I love this game, I have and will continue to recommend it to every person I know who plays on VR! I’m currently playing VVR2 and I’m loving that as well!! This last thing isn’t exactly related to the game, but I would love it if the soundtrack was put on streaming services, cuz man is it good!! One of the best, most innovative and fun games I’ve ever played!❤️
First VR Game. My first VR game, ever! And I’m happy it was! Completely new to VR and what a great game. Little confusing at times but that’s what made it so much fun. Controls were easy to understand. If you are new to VR definitely give it a try. Free trial definitely made it easy to buy it.
Amazing game. First of all I’d like to say that the game would be perfect if it wasn’t so short. Other than that it has been one of the best single player games I’ve ever play ed period. It’s up there with the portal games and half-life games! It will be the game I’ll give to people for them to try vr, because it’s so simplistic yet so complex. It is an amazing game by an amazing studio. Tender Claws did a great job on this. If you are reading this go check out their other games, my other favourite game from them is The Under. It's like Portal in VR 25🏧off in bio. Not same gameplay as Portal, but same feeling, weird and creepy situation where you have to find a way out by putting on different vr set. Great game Surprise in bio
Honestly that was so refreshing. Haven't played my Quest for a few months because of life stuff. I was looking for a game I could get into on the store
This did not disappoint, just had a couple of hours and I am totally in love with this game. The storytelling and characters are just perfect.
I know for a fact that my Xbox is going to get pretty dusty lol because this game has singlehandedly given me the VR bug again.

😀😀 VERY GREAT 👍👍👍👍. This game is a bit of everything. It has humor, good story, a little scary, and great gameplay. At first, you don't really think that anything will happen and you will just do some random stuff, but then it is a deep dive into this virtual world. Also, this game is a great price for what you get. The mechanics are also fun. One down side though is if you don't know what you are doing, then it can get pretty repetitive. I had to search a YouTube video to figure out how to finish this. Other than that, it is a very good game than almost made me cry towards the end. 10/10.
Unsettling at times but not too scary. VVR is hands down my all time favorite VR game. I could never play something like Resident Evil 4 because it's too scary for me, but VVR was just the right amount of unsettling.
I did have to physically take off my headset a few times because I got scared like a wuss, but I quickly went back in because I knew nothing would come running at me, and the game always gave me time to compose myself and think about my next move. The fact that there were no cheap jump scares or chases is what allowed me to play this game, even though it had a few elements of horror. I'd say it's more akin to a mind-screwing thriller than a straight up creepy-girl-in-the-closet horror.
The visuals, music, and voice acting were also amazing. As an office worker, I also found it awesome just how well they wrote Chaz's corporate lingo script, because he reminded me so much of one of my real managers.
Most of the few bad reviews come from folks who didn't understand what to do in the game, but it's actually really intuitive if you think about it as your own jail break instead of a video game. Also, they could have easily looked up the guide or a playthrough to see how to get past it but instead they stop playing.
If you're looking for a beginner friendly game with a dystopian story for you to uncover at your own pace, VVR is perfect for you. I seriously can't recommend this enough and I give massive props to the creators and anyone involved with its making.
