いいね。第一印象は素晴らしい。でも、単語の前に性別を定義する冠詞をつけるともっと効果的です。ドイツ語やフランス語では、最初から性別を覚えておく必要がある(Der die das /le la les)。他の便利な機能としては、聞きながら書き言葉を見ることができます。あなたの素晴らしい仕事に感謝します!

Nice. First impressions are great. But it would be much more effectiv if you put the article with the defining gender in front of the words. In German or French it is nessary to learn them from the start.( Der die das /le la les) An other helpfull feature would be to see the written word while hearing it. Thx for your great work!
Language choices and in at the deep end. The description on the quest site shows that it does Portuguese (Portugal) which most folk would take to mean European Portuguese. Unfortunately in the menu it only shows Portuguese (Brazil) and no way to switch from Brazillian to European.
The app could do with some preamble to explain the lessons and how they will work. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but constantly hearing the repeated phrase "Put the spoon in the cup" in a language I don't yet know wasn't where I expected it to start
Great concept, needs a lot of work still. First of all, big red flag (no pun intended) is that you’re using the American flag for English? No. English doesn’t come from America, that’s just disrespectful.
Second of all, you don’t even tell the player how to move around. I had to guess and of course it’s that awful teleportation kind of movement rather than using the joystick. Absolutely hate it. Joystick movement would be so much better. Please provide instructions and also, A button instead of trigger for choosing things would be much better.
Thirdly, it overly repeats the same 3 tasks. Just asks me to do the same thing again and again. However I’ll assume that because the app is still in development that it may just need more adding.
I’ll check back in a few months and see if any of these issues are resolved.
Good. Enjoy this app so far just wish it had me do more speaking but it’s really good for learning to like listen to another language and understand it
it was great until the pay-wall. It was a great extracurricular tool for VR Language Learning as the games would give the students a bit of a brain break without removing the learning, but once the games got put behind the monthly pay-wall, it's just too much. If there was a one-time purchase for just the games, it'd be potentially doable, but not monthly.
Could be better. It has a wonderful purpose, but with a lot of bugs and problems learning italian for exemple. Confratulations about your job, but, you should Take care about your user experience it is not good, many bugs, poor strategy, many mistakes, classes with no evolutivon...
It's a very nice app for children to learn English. But I have a suggestion that you should change the way you charge if you want more people to use your app. Monthly fees may deter many potential customers.

Absolutely right direction! This is the closest thing to the best language acquisition method "comprehensible input". I have over a decade of language teaching experience and it's frustrating to see the struggle of my students. We get used to teaching/learning a language by starting from pronunciation, grammar, reading text etc. It's very inefficient. Children acquire a new language by listening first, they guess and try and in the end they learn a new language much faster than adults. This app has huge potential. Thanks a lot to the developers! I look forward to your new addition. You're in the ABSOLUTELY RIGHT DIRECTION!
Great Idea , but. The idea of the program is great, but the details are very few... For example, House: Carpet, Quilt, Door, Window, and Stairs are not included... etc. kitchen Tools and Fruits are few... Neighborhood: Street, Sidewalk are not included... etc. We hope that the details and meanings of the content will be many. Thank u
Only played for like 5 minutes. This game is amazing. My only complaint is that they don't have every language, but this game is still in app lab, so what is there to expect. Anyway, really good game, keep working hard.
Life like learning environment. Good idea! In an immersive learning experience, we can learn through doing. One suggestion for the team, if you can add the function for the learn to speak to practice and output what they learnt will be perfect!
Good with potential to be amazing. Only suggestion/criticism i have to offer would be something written to follow along with the audio. I have learned the words that are covered in the topic but the whole sentence spoken I am not sure of how its spelled out, or how to properly pronounce some. Something like karaoke has for the learning sentences would make the learning experience that much more effective in my opinion. Very immersive and practical so far, thank you
Most intuitive way to learn a language. Great language learning app that relies on listening, repetition, and life-like interaction in VR. Interacting with and seeing objects move while completing small tasks as prompted in the target language in a zero-stress, zero- embarrassment environment makes learning much quicker and words and phrases easier to remember. For foundational communication skills this is the ideal way to learn. It’s much more natural than learning through a phone app, where interaction is limited to tapping on text and icons.
For beginners to beginner-intermediate level this app is great for listening and speaking. Hope to see this in the main Meta app store soon, and would be more than happy to pay for a subscription.
Useful and not annoying. language apps are a dine a dozen and all the VR versions I’ve seen so far has been awful until I found this one. I’ve done full immersion apos before and they’re so useful. I tried Korean since I don’t know it as well as Japanese and I picked up on how to do what it wanted.
I still have this 5 stars for being something I’ll actually use and great future potential, but the recording of the audio at least in Korean could use some work (4 stars here). Despite turning my volume way up I still had a hard time hearing the speech, like it wasn’t being enunciated enough for a recording. Sure in actual speech it won’t be as clear (and I know it’ll be fast) but when you have to listen to the same sentence 5x just to pick up the words said it l might mean the audio is the issue.
Need feedback cues and written language. Update: you added some great updates I do like the option to see the text. I still strongly feel that the Mandarin should show the Pinyin and not the Chinese characters since most of us just want to learn how to pronounce the Chinese correctly and the Pinyin really helps with pronunciation as I discovered in some formal classes. I don't think any American who learns Mandarin is concerned with learning how to form the traditional characters but I could be wrong. I also tried it with the Spanish and it's very helpful to have the text. I do have one further suggestion, however, regarding the lesson itself and I'm drawing on my time as a teacher. When the instructor asks us to do something, the spoken task should be repeated if we get it right. Let's pretend we're confused for a second because we don't understand the grammatical construct of the sentence, then your objects light up after a few seconds, and then we intuitively get that we're supposed to put the spoon into the cup, for instance, and by the way was a good change to have her ask for the same exact thing that she just did instead of for something different which was very confusing. But after we put the spoon into the cup I would expect reinforcement to occur by her speaking that sentence again with a little star and a little bell and then another second or two before the new task request begins. This will help with reinforcement of the task we just did. Your second task comes much too fast on top of the first without giving us time to get reinforcement of the first thing we did into our brains, do you follow? Imagine real life puppy dogs and you have to say good dog and do that task immediately again for reinforcement -- well for a human I'm only suggesting we hear the words again not that we have to do it a second time. The reinforcement by repetition is a very important part of learning the language. The way you have it structured, my only method for reinforcement is to play that whole segment over again by restarting the game. But even if even if I do that the reinforcement is fleeting since your subsequent task requests come much too close to the previous action. I'm likely to learn the words for "into the cup" a lot faster than I'm going to be able to discern the difference between a fork and a spoon. For instance I can already tell you that a Taza is a cup in Spanish but I have no idea yet how to say fork or spoon LOL.That's my two cents. I see a lot of potential in this tool and I hope you would consider some of my suggestions. Great work so far, lots of potential here!
Mobility issues. It's really hard to reach across the table to the pot, or whatever, without leaving my guardian zone as I play seated. That's the first area. Then at the sofa it gets worse. When I use the controller to move to the bookcase, the box usually hits it and drops, I have to go back and forth. Also, it has parts that were too easy, like the food on the table, but there's no way to skip it. I got pretty frustrated putting things on the table under the TV and quit. It's a great concept, it's just clumsy.
YES. yet to run into a language learning app like this. y'all should add some more lessons and stuff tho. and there is a bit of lag and the volume of sounds aren't really proportional (the guide will speak and her voice will be at one volume, then the little completion sound will be loud af). still amazing, thank you guys so much; looking forward to future updates!
