In The Obsessive Shadow, you take on the role of Liam, a 9-year-old boy left alone in his home after the power suddenly goes out, plunging the house into suffocating darkness. Armed with only a flashlight, you must navigate the unsettling dangers of the night as you are being watched throughout the night. Your mother's voice on the phone is your guide to surviving, But as her instructions grow more confusing and the unease deepens, the safety of her words begins to feel increasingly fragile. Something is watching, a shadowy figure moving just out of sight, waiting for you to slip up.
As the hours creep forward, the once-familiar home becomes an unfamiliar labyrinth of fear, each corner hiding the possibility of confrontation with the lurking entity. Testing your courage and instincts as you struggle to stay one step ahead of the unseen threat. Your mother's voice remains your lifeline, but survival demands more than just following her instructions—it requires vigilance, quick thinking, and a determination to face the overwhelming dread. Will you endure the relentless terror and make it to morning, or will the suffocating darkness claim you before dawn?
Has great potential. Bro when I played this I was terrified, I don’t like how short it ends but being a demo that is perfectly understandable, one common issue I saw was with the shaking of the flashlight and I too also had that problem, so I was thinking about adding a control option in the full game that lets you press the trigger button or something like that, just a thought, but besides that I had a great quick little scare and will patiently wait for the full release like I am doing with Silksong
Funny jumpscare of dizziness. Ok to be honest its fun, a good jumpscare BUT motion controllers request some work, sometimes the motion is not accurate, turns are weird specially when lamp is on use (on shake) Good enough to give a try!

Boo-Who?. I've only had my Quest 2 a week now and just about have caught my bearings with it.
The Obsessive Shadow is a great game in the making. The control movements with the Touch controllers. I haven't noticed any glitches whilst this demo is still in production.
Word of warning to anyone downloading.....make sure you're sat down.....when the Obsessive Shadow first appeared I staggered back....just make sure you're stationary and sat when playing....you can thank me later.
I will be buying this game upon launch ☺️🔦👥

Scared me to death. First time playing I literally jumped up hurling my headset across my room screaming. My Fitbit said my heart rate spiked to 110 😂😂😂
Scary good time. The game was fun and the atmosphere and sounds are terrifying my only problem is it takes a long time for the monster to get you so it’s pretty easy
Scary. When I played this for the first time when the monster thing found me I threw my headset across the room. But this game is really good and its in it's early stages so this game will be great when it fully releases.
Scary A. F. If you like horror at all please play this game. It's quite short but well worth a download. It made me scream like a little girl. Sounds and lighting are top notch. 💀
