Nice approach to combat arcade games. I can say it is a good approach to fighting games like Tekken or Street Fighter in VR. I hope the developers continue evolving the game. I would love to have a fullbody tracking. It can be used as good workout as well. It is a pretty recommendable game if you like boxing and fighting games.
Dissapointed. This game could be very good but it has in my opinion some serious issues. First i don‘t think but im not sure yet but it feels like you have no ellbow that you can use to block. Per example i need to be there exactly with my hands to block the kicks. Also many punches that you do don‘t impact on the enemy. The game is still frustrating for me. I would not recommend yet. Maybe i don‘t understand everything. So i cannot say for sure if everything is like it felt for me.
Street fighter in VR!!!! If you loved playing street fighter...then this game is for you!!!! Good graphic (especially on the fighters details) and arcade gameplay makes this game a must if you want to have fun time doing hadoken (Powerballs) and many other special moves!!! In my opinion developers could make the special moves more accurate/easy to do with the next update (sometime the game could become frustrating...). Overall is a good game considering is also cheap!
Amazing fighting game. This is the next step of fighting games. It is like Street fighter or Tekken in VR. First person fighting with specials, kicks and punches and freedom of movement roomscale and with joystick. Much more complete than current boxing games in quest.
So much potential. Game still feels like it's in early development but it has so much potential. I've been waiting for a game like this for a long time so splashed out to support the development. I will add to my review as the game improves.
Some feed back for the developers:
Everything feels great except the kicking system, it's off putting having to put your hand in a certain position to get a certain kick. I think just have left high kick, left low kick, left middle kick by pressing in the joy stick and then the same the other side. Without the stamina cancel for the kicks.
Combat fighting at its best! I was so excited to see this type of game come to VR and this doesn't disappoint! I think everyone enjoyed playing combat games like these on flat screen but to play it in VR is a whole other level of intensity and entertainment! Something that must be experienced. The controls are easy to learn, more difficult to master. I have yet to master some special moves but that's because I am too busy blocking punches with my face.
There is also a seperate FREE DEMO so you can try the game out first! Give it a shot, you have nothing to lose but your pride. :)
A must have in VR. I grew up playing Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and Tekken so this game is a must have, especially in VR! It is completely immersive and I find myself actually kicking with my legs trying to fight! The controls took only a little time to get used to and I really enjoy the special moves. This game is a blast!
