Not superhot. From what I understand this is the same dev that made superhot. Cold VR is 1/5. It's absolutely early access or unfinished. The actual gameplay is uninteresting. Time slows down when you move with the joystick. Time speeds up when you stop moving. It's simple, but it's also not fun. Graphics and sound effects are flat. The movement feels slow and sluggish. The environment is low quality. I had much higher expectations from superhot dev.

It’s something…. When I started the game up I felt like I should’ve listened to the reviews… I wasted my money on a half baked game that doesn’t look done I see what they were going for but I don’t really like it… I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Disappointed. I'm not sure if it's just me, but the game is glitchy, the sound quality is bad, and the graphics are unpleasant. Environment looks like Counter-Strike. There was hype about this game, but I'm honestly disappointed. Maybe on PC VR it is amazing, but the Meta Quest version is not so good.

Half-Baked for Full Price. The game has its concept there, time slows when you move, but it just feels... half baked in a sense. There's barely any satisfaction for killing enemies as it just plays a low quality SFX and just shatters them, also the lack of being able to pick up weapons off enemies is kind of a let down as you are basically just using what you started with and if you run out of ammo, that's all you get... of course it doesn't matter because the levels are pretty short. The level to level transitions take too long which can kill the vibe when the octane is high, there's not much intensity in this game as I wish it could've had. Overall, I feel like this game didn't have enough time put into it for it to recieve a full launch, I see the potential for sure, I just don't feel satisfied due to the absolute lack of interesting things that happen, it feels like a more boring Matrix or SUPERHOT due to its lack of flow. In the game's current state, if it even has a future, it is not worth $19.99, it could be better. I truly hope this game gets a big update fixing the issues that it has alongside maybe some Quality Of Life changes like graphical upgrades, or at least more animations on the blue guys when you defeat them, so much could be improved for this game to be actually good and worth playing.

Truly amazing game! I hate the comparison to Superhot because this game should be recognized on its own but I understand because there are not many games in the genre. It's basically like Superhot in reverse. Time slows when you move and resumes when you stand still so the premise is to always stay moving. The gameplay is extremely fun and frantic, good story and well acted cutscenes. Felt like I was in a hacker movie. The developer is a super nice guy and active in the community asking what he can do to make the game better and even asking the community for ideas on new stages. Love this game and will definitely recommend it to anyone who likes games in this genre!
