Great MR. This app is great, and I love the MR side, I think a great idea would be the shark in MR to smash the glass and water start to come in your room and fills the area and the shark smashes the glass and is in the room to eat you.. It's just a cool idea, I think.. hopefully, I'll see something like it..
Awe... Some... Hey.. I didn't know MR was just added to this app, so I've tried it out. It's MIND.. BLOWING!!!!!!!! I have it set up when I'm chilling in my bed & chatting on the phone. Wow... just wow...
Question, can you add more fish to the MR option, I'm looking for the Orcas, Dolfins, whales and manatees. Please create this option.
Can you imagine Orcas swimming around in your living room or bedroom. Great job app devs.

Without taking any stars off, please fix the part where the shark can rise up underneath the floor. This just scared the 💩 out of me.. as I was relaxing using the great white shark 🦈 feature, somehow this shark crept right up underneath me, then he JUMPED through the floor.. right at me.. it FREAKED ME OUT... as if the shark was really trying to attack me. Please get this fixed. Some people will indeed have a heart attack.. no doubt.. I won't be able to use this app until this is fixed.
Really like this. In mixed reality this is very impressive. Would really like to see more added to. A megladon would be super cool, if possible to add. An option for some spoken information would be awesome in mixed reality about the sea life you are viewing.
Awesome experience!! Great job on this title devs! Ocean Rift is one of my new favorite experiences on Quest 2. The visuals, sound and information are well done and If you are using the swimming method of locomotion it's a great workout. It has enough content for the price but if the developers are listening I think many fans like myself would pay for addon content. A few more animals and a map with a sunken ship you can explore the inside of would be a nice addition to this already great title. I Had to update my review to add that the new mixed reality mode is absolutely beautiful, keep up the great work devs!
Must have app! This is a must-have app -- especially at this price! In mixed reality, it turns your room into an aquarium better than Sea World! Your windows and doors -- and even your ceiling become part of the aquarium. It's also a very soothing experience. I could sit for hours just relaxing and watch the aquatic life swim around through my windows and doors!
TRY OUT THIS GAME. Today I got this game and when I played it I was stunned I got to see all the sharks fish and more just swimming around in a ocean and I would recommend this game but wait there’s more!
And the mixed reality is really fun too you just add a window and there you go there’s fish swimming around your environment so I would definitely recommend this game to whoever is thinking about getting it.
Need to be able to save MR Layout. The New MR mode is amazing, laying on my bed with sharks swimming around is such a cool experience. But can you make it save the layout so we don't have to set it up everytime we launch MR mode. Then just have a clear button if we want to start again? It would also be nice to be able to draw our own skylights rather than the auto generated one as it didn't like the shape of my room.
UDATED🙌🏻. I have always wanted to have a go on this game but it was too immersive being in the water with the animals. I saw a lot of creators trying the new MR experience and I thought, fantastic I can finally have a go! Well that wasn’t to be! 😞I can’t use the mixed reality as it’s locked! 🔒 apparently they only have so many people who can try it!
Really disappointed UPDATE: You need to re-install the beta version of this game to access the mixed reality mode! Incredible update and well worth the money!
Immersive Underwater World Experience. I recently dove into the Ocean Rift Mixed Reality Beta, and it’s a stunning underwater realm that’s just brimming with life and excitement!
First things first, the graphics are quite good. It’s so realistic that I half-expected to come out of the experience dripping wet! The attention to detail in the marine life is incredible. You’ve got everything from the tiniest clownfish to the manatees and dolphins and some really cool deep see life that make their own light. It’s like being in a high-quality nature documentary, but you’re actually part of it.
The mixed reality aspect is where things get super interesting. You can convert your walls, windows, doors into aquariums. I did have some difficulty creating them on some of my surface areas, but not a big deal. I would like to see more interactivity with the mixed reality mode such as being able to choose the creatures you see, being able to engage with them like you can in the regular mode… maybe the react when you tap on the wall or they follow your hand something like that.
The educational value is another big plus. I learned so much about different marine species and their habitats. It’s one thing to read about this stuff in books or watch it on TV, but experiencing it in VR? That’s a game-changer. It makes learning so much more engaging and fun.
Overall, Ocean Rift Mixed Reality Beta is a breathtaking experience. It’s not just a game; it’s an exploration, an education, and an adventure all rolled into one. Whether you’re a VR veteran or new to the scene, this is something you’ve got to check out. It’s experiences like this that remind me why I fell in love with VR in the first place. Total immersion, total fun, and always something new to discover.

It worth every penny. The app is a must-have for any MR lover. It works like a charm on both Quest 2 and 3 with rare tracking instability on Quest Pro. With Quest 3's new color passthru, the Aquarium mode is one of the greatest MR experience to date.
For the devs, please make those Aquarium windows Spatial Anchors. It will be a blast. Keep up the great work. ❤️
Ocean rift. Love the new mixed reality mode. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Thanks so much devs. I have been waiting for something like this for a long time. Very much enjoy the great white swimming all around me and being able to feed it hunks of meat is great.
Essential MR experience. I used my quest pro with the light blockers detached (so you have full peripheral vision) and set this up from my two and four year olds and it blew their minds.
The mixed reality update is absolutely stunning. It's a must have experience if you own either the quest 3 or quest pro for that alone.
Outside of this there is a fantastically calm and relaxing experience to be had that is also educational.
