Fantastic. This app is fantastic especially if you have a compatible piece of exercise equipment. The developers have gone the extra mile to keep the content fresh and engaging. Great job. Would love to see my bike have the ability to fly. Would be cool.
Update:
The developers have included a “flying” segment…love this app.
Love it. I hate riding my exercise bike, but after a knee operation I’m not supposed to walk for exercise. Holofit keeps me using my bike regularly. Lots of different options like cardio and interval training. Graphics are great in Quest 3. Recommended
Fantastic way to keep focused and fit. I have been using Holofit for a long time, and I can honestly say that it is great. If you want real world imagery, this is not the game for you. But, if you want amazing fun worlds, with some real world references, with tons of updates, developers who listen to you and lots of challenges and distractions from exercising, then this is the game for you. I really enjoy the daily and monthly challenges and the holofit facebook group is full of great people too!
VR gym-O-rama: like a fitness theme park. Holofit by Holodia: more fun than a cheat day at a candy store. Picture this: You're in a VR world that's like the love child of a video game and a fitness infomercial, but way cooler. The graphics? They're like stepping into a retro video game—charming, a bit cheeky, and they totally get the job done. It’s like your favorite childhood game decided to help you get ripped.
I was so jazzed by the elliptical experience, I went out and bought a rower. That’s right, the app is so engaging, it's making me collect exercise equipment like Pokémon cards. The virtual worlds may not be as vast as the universe, but they're a solid playground for sweating it out.
And hey, devs, how about letting us create our own fitness odysseys? Imagine the possibilities! User-generated maps could be the secret sauce to keeping our workouts fresher than a new pair of sneakers.
Bottom line: Holofit is a rollercoaster of fun that makes my muscles sing. It's not just a workout; it’s a party where calories fear to tread. So, if you're looking to spice up your fitness routine, this is your golden ticket.
So much fun. I love this . It works with you. Even with disabilities you can still exercise. You can sit or stand. It has so many different locations. I love the tropical locations. Especially the ones that include rain and thunder. You can change the music as well.
completely luvitt. iI have never really persevered with anything until this. really helps ya stay motivated to exterminating those pesky pounds. actually makes ya wanna stay on and kill yourself burning hundreds of calories... but I have willpower so I come off.
some of the worlds are slow and boring but others still fascinating me after 3 solid weeks.
really need more rollercoaster effect scenes tho that would make this my favourite thing in life
i don't love the new York world it's a brilliant idea but i don't feel there's enough going on. the Best worlds are where you get a better feeling of motion from turns and going up and down and fast on the bike. they should really do a sonic the hedgehog like world with loads of twists and turns and hills and thrills
Great variety of things to do. I recently upgraded to a Meta Quest 3. I attempted to move my subscription from my old headset using the instructions provided by Holodia. The transfer did not occur and I cannot access the app on either headset. I emailed tech support and sales but did not receive a response. So, I cancelled the account. Unfortunate since I've on my third subscription renewal.
It's become one of my favorites. What I love about this app is you set your own pace if you want or you can let it dictate it for you. I can take a leisurely stroll through Antarctica or run past Saturn. Many of the worlds remind me of Disney or Universal rides and are just fun to be in.
I don't own a stationary bike, treadmill, or rowing machine. I just walk/jog in place with the controllers in my hand and still get a great workout while being entertained.
Now, if you're looking for a photorealistic workout, this isn't the app for you. It's blockish and simple, but clever and enjoyable all the same.
For the developers: I hope you one day expand troglodyte like the ending promises. It's one of my favorite places.
