No multiplayer. Bought the game a few months ago, intending to play coop with my friend. Without warning, however, the servers were shutdown just last month meaning this was now impossible. Not impressed at all, especially since they are still advertising coop & multiplayer functionality in the store page

sad day. it is very sad to see one of the og's announcing that they will no longer have multiplayer i had some very good and fun memories of this game and i think this is a first i have heard about a vr game losing multiplayer surport

what i was looking forward to in VR. Im a huge fan of zombie games, ive been playing them resident evil 1, I also enjoy shooting as a regular hobby having several real firearms of my own. I love the way the game builds tension and the play style is a mix of both strategy and puzzle solving. I can see this having great replay value since you can tackle the zombies in very different ways. What i cant get over is how well this game executes the aiming/ fireing of guns. lining up your three dots on a pistol and focusing on your target works just the way it would in real life. This is what VR is all about.
Doesn't hold up as a 5/5 game. There are better choices, but I wanted to replay it before AZ2 arrives. I like the unique take of a character, very jaded character, talks and comments. The two handed mode was an improvement yet still falls short with some weird handling design choices. There is still some getting stuck and questionable hit boxes going on. Some of the dark areas are a mess, but I'm not sure if that just my Quest 3 settings being to low on contrast.
Didn't work on new headset. I have an almost empty quest pro and at one point this game glitches so bad you can't even play it. I played for 7 minutes and then tried to get a refund but guess what? There's no simple link to get a refund. If you're going to get this game (which is actually very good) I suggest you use Steam as the have accountability and Meta is known for being shady with refunds. Hope this helps.
Garbage mechanics and movement. Not a terrible game, had fun shooting zombies and all that but the movement is awful. Also, the voice lines are extremely corny and made me want to claw my ears off every time
Not cross platform for different oculus. I bought this game twice once on my rift and again on my quest so me and the mrs could play together. Turns out they are two different versions of the same game.... NOT COMPATIBLE?!?! I would happily make this a 4-5 star review if it wasnt for that 1 major problem. I would even understand if one of us had it on steam and the other on oculus app but otherwise it doesnt make sure
Good game but should be crossplay. This is a very well made zombie shooter and a very funb game to play. The only issue I ran into was when I was trying to play with my brother, who is on Meta Quest 2, the game would not let it happen. Instead of making two seperate versions of the game, they should have just included Quest and Meta Quest 2 in the one version.
Works on CV1 but not Quest2. Both headset used the same PC. on Quest2 if you move the movement stick it crashes. But no such thing on the CV1 and I was playing with zero problems. I mean I love my CV1 but when I upgrade I expect stuff to work.
Crashes every time on PC. When I load into the trailer right at the beginning it crashes every time PC over airlink. It seems fine until I move the joy sticks, then it crashes. In event manager it says its because of OVRplugin.dll
Great game but developers are greedy. I had fun playing this game even though its choppy on my computer. I thought this would give me access to the Quest 2 version incase it performs bad on my computer but it does not since the developers are greedy and wont make it cross buy.
Game is crashing on start screen. I decided to reinstall this game that was really fun when I bought it. But it kicks me out and game is closing in the start room when I try to move to the table were you can start a game or get into the menu. I tried to reinstall, put everything to low graphics, tried the oculus tray tool and debug tool, tried with link cable and air link, reinstalled GPU drivers, checked Modem and router, ... Nothing worked while all other games are running perfectly. So sad I can't play it anymore. Giving this once many stars now only 1
