Bocce VR is a perfect simulation game where you can experience every detail of bocce game. No matter if you are an amateur or professional bocce player you can step in and compete against computer or your local friend.
Very early in development, but promising. This isn't really a game as much as a bare-bones, proof-of-concept demo. It really isn't something someone should be charging money for. At least, not yet. It does show promise! Once they fix the physics (it plays as if you're Superman. You can lightly toss a ball hundreds of yards), add some additional courts and surfaces, represent the AI opponent as an avatar, and dial in the graphics and controls, this could be a lot of fun. Personally, I find the futuristic floating scoreboard completely out-of-place in a game that is otherwise grounded in reality. I'm glad my money went towards developing something like this, but I can't recommend anyone else spend money on it. Not yet, anyway.
Shows promise! Nice layout, with just a couple of bugs that I can live with for now. 1) I got trapped behind the ball tray so I had to end the game. 2) The hand vectors take a long time to show up between sets and game end. They aren't consistent. 3) Player names must be re-entered after each game. The same goes with resetting PVE vs. PVP.
Looking forward to any other features and environment options than the 2 that come are in place now (obstacle play is a nice add). Also looking forward to some form of high-score or best-game saving.
Not ready for public, alphaware. This game needs alot of work. No menu in the game so there's no way to quit. Only one field and it's covered with their own advertizing. To even be worth $4 it needs: - a seneitivity setting - an in game menu to quit ability to pick up a ball while the other player is taking his/her turn. - no billboards on th field - multiplay online - 4 player mode - at the end of the game, a way to quit.
