cademy award nominee Samantha Morton presents an interactive virtual reality experience, immersed inside the womb.
WONDERFUL YOU uses the latest scientific research to reveal remarkable stories from the development of your senses; Touch, Taste, Smell, Sound and Sight.
Meet your unborn self. Tickle your feet, play sounds in the womb and release odours into the amniotic fluid.
A few weeks before you are born you can smell what your mother can smell, taste what your mother tastes and you now have a memory for music. And as you spend most of the time asleep, music becomes part of your dreams.
Original Music by Timo Baker. Executive Producer Rob Hifle. Written & Directed by John Durrant.
A tribute to the wonder of life. I wish it showed the development of the baby from the zygote all the way up to the fetus, but this is meant to be more of an introduction to the wonder of life than a super scientific or instructional experience. As such, it does it’s job well.

3D model of the unborn. It's basically the subject you're staring at.
Boring. Boring and indescriptive. Tells you things like, the Retina forms at so and so amount of weeks, but does not describe the choroid layer or when the scelera is formed. The white light and other transitions that were done poorly and clearly not tested by the creators, made me want to throw up or blinded me.
Thank you ! This is a gift, as futur parents we really liked this experience. For me it helped even more to be connected to the baby. Very informative and really well done technically, the immersion and special effects are poetics, and the UI well thinked. Great job all the team !
I couldn't watch this. Seemed boring. Also, I'm a tad cautious regarding new wave theories of body and mind. Not because of what they say, but because there has to be some kind of group behind it. That being said, I would kill to play any VR thing from the Church of Scientology.
