Fun while it lasts, which isn't long... The game is great for a few hours but it severely lacks content. It's like Black & White, but without 90% of its features. There's pretty much nothing to do in this game besides terraforming, fighting heretics, and fixing the occasional disaster. You will very quickly get bored of it. The worst part of it is that the game itself won't let you scale too much. There's a limit to how much you can zoom out, making it very impractical to get around past a certain point of expansion.
Okay for a couple of hours. It's okay the first few times you play it. It's like a mix of Cities Skylines and Civilization in which you have almost none of the control. The building options (miracles) are very limited. The city/empire/kingdom names are difficult to comprehend, and I read that you can change them but I could not find the option on the Oculus version. Once you've played 2-3 times, there's no reason to come back.
Fun, unique, & quirky title worth the $! Engaging gameplay mechanics, and performance that's great natively on Quest, or via PC AirLink! Sometimes the controls for positioning and zooming can feel a little wonky, but I feel that's just a learning curve issue and I struggle with change :-P
AMAZING GAME! I have over 5 hours on this game so far, and it is definetley one of the best games to kickback and relax to in VR. 100% Worth the price if you are willing to spend a couple of hours on a save slot. Wish the game got updated more often :( Also, it does support Quest and Quest 2! I use airlink and it runs perfectly fine!
Wow! Very good. there is enough contents to be enjoyed... I can't wait for more. Happy to see the dev coming with more soon. Keep going! it's definitively a unique Must Have. Replayability, good mechanics, good views. Characters, buildings and objects well done.

EPIC GAME! but... I love this game, I love building worlds and exploring more features. I just wish the terrain it self was more developed, life being able to make a volcano erupt or cause earthquakes or other features. I also would love there to be more control over the humans like changing the diplomacy or war.
Love love love the game. BUY IT!!! Super talented developer. You need this game! it is so much fun and there's so much to do. It kind of reminds me of Sim City, except instead of a city it lets you start a civilization. Nothing like it in VR as of yet. The developer is always updating so you never know when something new is going to come. A lot of potential to be a huge success. Get it, you won't regret it!!

I love it but. I just wish it was on quest it would make it better for quest players
Nice Change. I was skeptical at first but I had to try. For the first 10 minutes it was frustrating then turned to awesome with a few trial runs. This game is by far different from all other games on the rift! This is not for someone who is all blood and guts rip them up zombie apocalypse. This game takes time and some thinking and LOTS OF WATCHING your people and squashing the heretics. It is a fun game but think of this game as making sure all the little stuff is constantly done. This game is fun but requires some minor brain work! WORTH THE SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY! Fun for me a 40 year old..... 😂
A fun God game. I spent hours creating, watching them fight each other and destroying. Glad to see theyre updating. Wouldve bought for Quest2 if was in their store. I hope to see more in the future
Simple and Fun Game, Updates, Support. I have played on Steam through a couple big updates which is nice to see, as it fixed bugs and added more content. The game is simple and just a good way to relax and wind down and go on a little power trip as it is your world to command. Recently, with my Oculus Rift S, the Steam version was having some issues and I wa recommended by Myron, the developer, to try the Oculus version which he provided for free to me. Would recommend this game if you want a simplistic but fun game which allows you to create and manage a world of your own creation!
Low key fun - minor drawbacks. The game is pretty interesting. It's fairly slow-paced and not a ton of action, so if you're looking for something fast and flashy, this isn't it. There are a few drawbacks keeping this from being a 5 star game though. First, if you move a building (accidentally or intentionally) the heretics (the bad guys) can and will stand inside of them, making them impossible to find. I moved a number of buildings in my first play, then moved the rest when I realized they could hide in them. This led to major problems and required smiting of entire villages - not the best experience. Second, you spend a LOT of time looking straight down which gets to be pretty hard on the neck and back after a long session. Third, the menus are interesting, but as with a lot of VR games, they aren't super great to use. They feel WAY too big, yet end up being at the end of your reach and are very hard to actually use, which is odd. I guess I would liken it to trying to use a menu the size of a wall from 2 feet away?
The final, and probably most important thing to note is the game will absolutely not tell you what you want to know. For example, dropping a mine creates different mine types depending on the land type you drop it on. Your only clue is the vague color of the thing you drop once it is on the ground. Couple this with the fact that your cities will tell you they want X resource from the moment they want it until the moment they want something else and you end up being not quite sure if they are still looking for that resource or are doing wonderfully and can be left alone until they want something new. This is a bit frustrating.
As I said before, the game isn't terribly fast-paced and so there is plenty of time to experiment and figure things out. A few minor tweaks to the UI would make this a 5 star. For $7.99, it's worth it.
