You are trapped. Bound by magic by unknown captors. But you are a Flow Weaver and can move between dimensions. Travel amongst them, learn new spells, and uncover the secrets of this strange world to orchestrate your escape.
Flow Weaver is a narrative escape room game. The player explores and experiments with their environment, moving between different magical dimensions to solve intuitive puzzles towards the goal of escape.
Gameplay allows you to move between your cell and multiple different dimensions (or "Flows") as you discover them, learning how each Flow affects the world in different ways. The player uses those differences to solve puzzles and challenges, learn new skills or spells, and uncover new objects and new puzzles.
Flow Weaver is an immersive seated experience with fully voiced dialogue, a moving soundtrack, and rich narrative lore for fantasy fans to dig into.
Great puzzle solving game. The game is great if you like puzzles and have afew hours to kill. If you get stuck on a part it's really worth it to keep going and makes you feel good. I personly love the game and can't wait to keep playing
Seated Escape Room Challenge. I love escape rooms and miss them a lot, and I'm also a fan of challenging puzzle games where you can click around, figure stuff out for yourself, think outside the box, try combinations of actions etc. Flow Weaver offers all of that set against a fantasy narrative of being magically bound by captors who want to learn about your (the MC) ability to Flow between worlds.
The worlds all offer distinct moods and visuals which was nice, and once you understand the "layered" quality of how the worlds affect each other the cross-world object interaction possibilities open up. There were certain puzzles where I was totally stumped and had to look up the answer to, but once I did I felt silly for not noticing the hints, or 'thinking to try that'.
If you like the idea of a seated experience, and challenging puzzles then try this game out!
Little Gem. What a lovely puzzle game. It takes you to so many different whimsical worlds and has clever escape-the-room-like puzzles along the way. These types of games are the reason we bought a VR set! Can't recommend enough.
Flow Weaver. This was a nice little game to play for a few hours. The only complaint I have is it was WAY too short, hence the four stars. If it was longer I'd have given it 5.
