irtual Space is a VR desktop application we built to provide a true VR Desktop experience to our users. nothing works without sensors, ridiculou. can't even start a single app without the sensors of the rift, zuckerberg is forcing me to buy this nonsense sensors even when i don't need them....

Buggy, barely functional, resource hog. Maybe you need a very high end gaming machine to get this to work. On my system (7.7 on Steam's performance checker) it runs slow, lagging cursor/pointer movement. It crashed on me three times. Two out of three VR videos I tried had sound only. The only control on the video player that worked was the change format button. I did not try 2D video formats to see if they are supported as claimed before uninstalling.
Great but, lots of non working features. Is is probably going to be the best app for occulus so far, but there is a lot of bugs like:
URL paste and watch is not working, always a error message Same for the smart stream
the environnement or theme changes randomly and does not always reflect the name. I got a landscape for the cathedral theme ;p
3D view of the desktop does not work at all
And some minor bugs like if I tap on a+b at the same time to get the keyboard it will still select thing on the window.
But it is usable at this time and I thing it has a lot of potential! Like it's written it is still a beta!

unable to extract videos from web. The app is a good tool for a virtual desctop in the VR enviroment. But i did't realize how to watch vr videos from the web (ex: youtube). When i press the button to see the video from VIRTUAL SPACE INTERFACE, an error message appears
Interesting Times. So far it has been a bit of a learning curve but not too bad. To the devs I really like what I have seen for a alpha version. To the others who have complained about this, should have read the description and seen that this was a ALPHA version so you should really execpt that there are going to issues.
