NASA’s Space Launch System, or SLS, is a powerful, advanced launch vehicle for a new era of human exploration beyond Earth’s orbit. With its unprecedented power and capabilities, SLS will launch crews of up to four astronauts in the agency’s Orion spacecraft on missions to explore multiple, deep-space destinations. Offering more payload mass, volume capability and energy to speed missions through space than any current launch vehicle, SLS is designed to be flexible and evolvable and will open new possibilities for payloads, including robotic scientific missions to places like Mars, Saturn and Jupiter.
Good Tour, Could Be Better. It's such a tantalizing taste of what could be a great NASA VR experience, however there's some flaws. If you get into the capsule, you can't exit the program or get back to the menu. If you are anywhere in the VR experience, you can't exit to the Oculus software. Would love to just sit in the crew module and flip switches and learn more about the systems.
Also the scale is off from the real world when it comes to your VR experience, everything is much larger than in real life to the eye. Could do with proper scaling of the view. Also would have been nice to have the VAB and Saturn V center modeled as well.
