Amazing app for 3d. love it works great

No idea how app is, wasted weeks trying. The app itself looks like it could be very promising as a professional VR app... I wouldn't know.It took quite some time to get any measure of support here to even get this app to install, in the mean time, one of the reviewers here was sent to Adobe support, so off I went. They had no idea that Modeler was even for sale by itself, anywhere (it is for sale stand-alone on Steam, too - not a great confidence builder they didn't even know their own product listings in the Substance specific support team. Eeek!). It was finally almost 2 weeks later that I got a notification from Meta on my headset about a December 2024 update that was screwing up the Q3's ability to connect to both network and Link. With the help of a phone tech, I got my system to finally properly connect. That got the headset to auto-install Modeler, finally. I got to use it for about 5 seconds or so, and the next time I turn it on it tells me my account is suspended. Turns out Adobe was timing my trial run from the first attempted install? Great. Since then, I have been trying to get any support, any answers to product questions (like, if I buy the sub here, can I still use the program on my desktop alone? It seemed for the brief moment I had access, that I could not.)I gotta say, this rating isn't about the program... how could it be? I never experienced even seeing the user interface, let alone actually use the program, even for a mere second. Stunningly bad.No, this rating is about what has easily been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, from both Meta and Adobe, in countless industries, ranging across multiple disciplines. Still trying to find out if this app will work 3 months later.

Updated, better version of Medium. This is a nice tool with a fair pricing and the best voxel-based modelling app.

just want to studio share like medium. Has potential but medium is still number 1. If anything - n o m a d s c u l p t- works best now. Even more so than z brush. I paid 150 for this half made program on steam... what's the big deal ? If I can't operate it? And it fails to start on my device saying application failed or something similar to that The point being why pay more than 15 or 30 when medium was perfectly fine. I don't understand. I've meet so many awesome people using medium. Very disappointing 😞 that it has been a lie to use this program over medium. I'm very salty about it. I want to give it a chance the features are cool not gonna lie but why should I use if it crashes and upsets my pc. My pc is running a 3060 with a good cpu and i7 and should be fine operating. Unfortunately all these updates and new things have diluted what medium was to begin with... I feel less I'm just that dumb and can't get it to work.

Sign in glitches constantly. in order to use i have to signout of all apps out of adobe creative cloud, and it takes forever! otherwise Great product awful sign in loops with constant glitches and unhelpful support on both adobe and metas side

DOESNT WORK IF YOU HAV ADOBE CC 0/5 star. i had adobe creative cloud of course i would want to use this! however once you open it through oculous , oculous automaticly makes a NEW ADOBE account that becomes THE ONLY ONE THAT YOUR ALLOWED TO USE. IT locked me out of photoshop after effects, and every other adobe program , this is a huge glitch and makes this other wise cool prgram absolute trash ive talked to meta they said adobe has to unlock my account , adobe says meta has to unlock my account , and i cant even delete this new account becasue its considered an active purchase even if i uninstall it! i tryed reinstalling to sign in correctly and it remeberd the glitched account!
Zero support - Can't get it to load. Is it good? Who knows. The guide told me to "Put on headset and go" which was great once I figured out I needed the app on my PC and headset and then airlink into it after turning on certain settings which I will admit, the setting changes, it kinda covered in the manual.
So my hour was gone and I was ready to look at it saying "Loading" and nothing else. 5 straight minutes, nothing.
Is it good? Its the most amazing 3d modeler that wont run.
poor support. How Adobe and Oculus Store handle subscription method is awful, 3-4 months back this app was working without any problem with my 1080 Ti and now I see only blank screen, Adobe support suggestions didn't help to fix the problem and I can't even cancel the subscription from windows desktop app
