Finally - Got past the 1st screen. For those that are stuck on the 1st screen where you need to grab a circle:You need to reach all the way into the circle - your indicator will turn green and then you can touch, turn and grab all the different circles.I was sitting too close to my monitor as was actually not able to reach all the way.Once I backed up and re-centered I could reach them.

Interesting free game. A tough game with a good atmosphere and graphics. There aren't many hints for the puzzles maybe you can put more. ****spoiler alert**** I really like the music that plays until the light comes on, is it possible to download it somewhere?

Nice job. WOOOOW I managed to finish the game (it would be great if there were achievements so that I have confirmation :) ) very interesting and twisted story, I managed to catch a part but I have a ton of questions like, are there more endings? and there are some items that are mentioned but I never found them? where are they? Do you have a discord channel where we can comment on the story? I can only add that the game is dark and strange with a great atmosphere and excellent work.
Not sure what to think. *Spoilers throughout entire review*
Story The game started off interesting, however, the game is a little too unclear. I had reached an "ending" but the steps to get there really did not make sense. We found all of the photos, turned on a fan, flipped multiple switches, nothing happening. Suddenly, there was a pill. Took the pill, the game took a very interesting turn. However, with the fan on, the auditory hallucination voice speaking, and "her" speaking all at the same time, you cannot discern anything. I felt like the montrosity "her" needed something. So I searched and suddenly, I was back to the "normal" room. The hand changed on the box, so this seemed to be good, but I was not sure what I did, or if just taking the pill and hallucinating was the goal. So I wandered around, interacting with the same things, nothing really happening, I have a new pill in the box thats under "me" indicating that I have taken one and him and her need one as well. Fine. Eventually, another pill appears, seemingly unrelated to my actions and related to time spent in the room. I took it, but made sure to turn off the fan. The "her" montrosity did not say anything this time, just the auditory hallucination voice, but you cannot understand what is being said. I feel like I need to offer her a pill as well. None can be found. I offer her the knife instead, she says she does not need that and to return it. I do so, and then I am teleported again back to the starting point. Continue to do really nothing, just exploring the room, suddenly I am again teleported, but this time to a black screen with red text telling me I need to save her. Game is over, is this the ending? Very bizarre and I did not feel accomplished as it is not clear what is triggering what events or what to do.
Looking up information on the game: You can't. The game is unfortunately named "One" so any combination of "One" "VR" and "Oculus" will only get you results for Population: One.
Wild Mystery. A mystery of madness or was it a dream. What awates you here is a doorway into madness and you will never be the same after you step through that door. Based on a true story. I believe this to be true. My doctor says I am getting better but I have lost my medication. Thank you to the creators of this experience.
Clearly top notch, but cumbersome. More escape room, or even just VR environments could learn alot from this experience. The scale is correct, there's tons of interactivity, and options to change the environment like the radio that all add to a personal immersion. You really are meant to soak everything in.
That being said, it suffers from all the various issues that can stop the fun in an experience like this. Object interactivity kinda sucks. Teleporting is done with the same trigger as you use to interact with stuff. Objects fall through the floor, etc., etc. At one point one of my controller interactivity things disappaered, and I was one handed. I kept add it, then the other one decided to also dissapear and the game soft locked.
Can't even get past the first screen. It says to press the triggers to interact with objects, but I have found that nothing happens when I press the triggers, no matter what. There's a dotted circle and I've tried everything to grab it to no avail. Using Oculus Rift.
Intruiging - but I'm stuck! I've interacted with a lot of stuff, but have clearly missed something! Interesting experiencial puzzle game with good atmosphere. Only minor problem is that occasionally an item will become lost if dropped in the wrong place needing the player to restart from scratch, possibly that's what's preventing me from progressing?
