1) Gain an intuitive understanding of the composition of atoms by assembling them in a three-dimensional virtual reality setting 2) Visualize all kinds of atomic orbitals - s, p, d, and f - across various energy levels. Understand their shapes, positions, and patterns 3) Understand the behavior of particles within atoms 4) Assemble any element from the periodic table 5) Discover exceptions and special cases among the elements of the periodic table 6) Learn about the order of filling of orbitals 7) Learn about the order of filling of electrons across orbitals 8) Learn to read electron configurations using standard notations 9) Learn about the composition of an atom from an enhanced version of the Bohr diagram 10) Discover different ways to group elements within the periodic table 11) Learn which countries discovered various elements within the periodic table 12) Understand the composition of shells (i.e. energy levels) within an element
Great educational game. This game is amazing for any high school student learning chemistry. I got this because I took chemistry and I wanted to check it out. By the way, don’t write a bad review cuz it is confusing. If it is confusing then why did you get the game -Guy who wrote the first review of this game in a long time
Truly amazing, every school should have. I'm surprised at the reviews because this is such an easy and memorable way to understand chemistry.
The tutorial explains everything and the whole thing is very intuitive.
My 8 year old son followed the tutorial and made an Oxygen atom. Within 30 minutes he'd completed Gold and Uranium all of his own accord.
He had no idea how electrons worked before this but now has a visual sense of it and it will stick. Now he's curious to know "why" the electrons behave that way - perfect!
Abelana are doing amazing things here, can't wait to see what they produce next.
Solid 5 star rating, I'd give 10 stars if I could, chemistry can seem confusing but not after playing with this for a while.
NOT EASY ALSO TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO. First of all I'm Italian and there's not my own language but I can understand it. It's your own, the Application, and your decision. But I look for an Educational Application where I can understand better the chem and this is just for who the chem. which knows it well. Very very difficult also the tutorial.. not satisfied, disappointed. Will ask a refund.
