A work of ART! From a beginner standpoint i got this game about a year after i finished the first one. i saw the trailor and it looked really different but i thought it would be fun! the mech movement system was really cool and unique but thats not what stood out to me. what stood out to me was the CHARACTERS OMG!!! (SPOILERS AHEAD) i havnt even finished the game but i just love how if i snoop around with Gavin that i can hear him working on himself to become a better person! he wants to get out of there but he is helping everyone else out even if its not his top priority! and the icing on the cake is how BUTTER the guy from the first game is a key character with a backstory!!!! i loved listening to gavin's songs and trying to understand what is going on through his mind. there are still bad sides to this game but id still give it five stars. (now for the bad/needs improvement stuff) there are a lot of stuff in this game that really made me confused. i feel like know exactly what you were doing was more necessary. when clearing out the gallery for the blob i had no idea where it was and at the start of the game i had no idea what to do. i think it would be better if there were a popup every time you got a quest at the top right of your screen that didnt just say diolauge but gave some suptle instructions. i still love this game so far and i highly recommend. just have patience with certain things and if you feel really stuck i would reload the game to see it from a new perspective
new game same charm. very impressive game actually. your mech is like home base, which could spawn endless ideas, and humor and fun is always the goal, pretty big game too for what it is
tender claws :). after finishing the game I can look past the minor bugs and say this game was AMAZING I soft locked sometimes but on very rare cases and never sent me back far the game stuck with the classic simple look of tender claws games and was way longer then most other of there games had a amazing color pallet I bought the game after the update from what I heard It was good to wait now is the time to play tender claws has impressed me again with creativity and quality can't wait for the next adventure
Great! but buggy (there going to fix it). Im not going to ignore the bugs but I know there working on it! Its super fun and diffrent from other games. Im exited to finish, but right now I cant. there seems to be a bug because I cant go through a door no matter what I do. I would wait to buy it until they patch the bugs.
Creative, fun and buggy. I personally love all of tender claws games, they have a unique charm to them and are crazy experiences, and Virtual Virtual Reality 2 is no different, however I think the scale of the sequel hurt the game because there are tons of bugs (spawning in wrong areas, overlapping voices, etc.) that holds back the experience. I still am enjoying it, but it would be nice if a lot of areas were more polished. I also still recommend trying it if you're interested either way.
Terrible Movement, Plot, and Very Buggy. Absolutely loved the first one. probably my favorite VR game. It didn't make me motion sick and the ominous plot was perfect. I feel as this one is a cash grab. I only played for an hour but the crazy movement and twists and turns within that first hour made me almost throw up. I wasn't a fan of the plot within that hour which is a personal opinion but I just hated the way it set the initial story up. And Within just and hour there were tons of visual and auditory bugs that just completely ruined immersion, along with it being impossible to pick up items and move them around; it just does not feel like the way it's intended so I'm assuming that it's also bugged. Sorry VVR2 but you did not hold up to my standards
