EvaAI’s VR experience simulates the conversational flow of a therapy session, providing evidence-based stress-management techniques; this does not replace consultation with a licensed mental-health professional. EvaAI offers VR-facilitated coaching, not licensed therapy.

EvaAI: Not a Psychotherapist in VR(フィットネス・ウェルネス)の評価とレビュー
For what it is, it’s great. It’s actually a really interesting type of therapy. It reminded me of the same techniques I used when I had an actual therapist trained in CBT. So it reminded me to use those tools I learnt long ago. While my wife said it’s a lil creepy to have a robot therapist, I didn’t mind it at all! I actually really enjoyed the type of reminders and guidance it gives.
Thoughtful, intuitive, and evolving. EvaAI delivers a refreshing VR therapy experience. The pacing has improved noticeably, making conversations feel more natural and less rushed. The final summarization of insights adds a meaningful sense of closure that feels genuinely personal. However, the lack of therapist character customisation still affects emotional immersion (people from different sub continent look forward to someone like them) which may not suit all users.Overall, it's a solid entry point for newcomers to VR therapy, with plenty of potential for deeper engagement as the app evolves.
\"You've Got A Friend In Me\" ! I must admit I wrote an earlier review that did not bode well for this experience, however, the Devs listened, and now I have to lift my jaw off the floor and say WoW! In my earlier review, Eva had some issues and the team Really listened! Not only are Mechanics easy to understand, but Eva has turned into a really helpful, and kind of neat Tool to use.Conversations are Natural and Advice and Questions are thoughtful. Not to mention, they intend to add Meditation Exercises, which I can't wait for! I will always consider this a Tool and should not be considered a Replacement for Professional Care when needed. However, it's amazing what this Team has done with Eva Ai, and she is kind of fun to talk to, to boot! It's definitely something worth Checking out!
Better than 70% of human therapists. More affordable and accessible than all! Seems like good continuity on a range of topics. Some other AI therapy have more settings to configure answers, approach, coaching, style... But this seems to provide good feedback and guidance as is. I do think the value of AI therapy is access and application of lots of theories and content to a particular individuals situation.
A great tool for mental wellness. This is a true AI health app, while we shouldn't trust AI unconditionally however I feel that this app does it right and it could help more than 90% of people that could use mental help but wouldn't be caught dead visiting a real psychiatrist/psychologist. Definitely should give it a shot if you are curious. The AI does give sound advice and listen to you pretty well as well as trying to be empathetic.
Impressive but hard to recommend. (Disclaimer: product received for free)I don’t have any experience with therapy outside of this app, so maybe there’s something I’m overlooking in regards to the effectiveness of “real” in person therapy, but I find this app hard to recommend over seeing an actual therapist. The app itself is surprisingly impressive. I went in with low expectations but the AI is really good. It doesn’t just talk like a normal person would, it talks like a therapist would. It knows how to focus on the smallest details of what you said. It can pivot a conversation effectively and circle back to things you said earlier in a very believable way. I was surprised by the (for lack of a better term) conversational intelligence and behavioural skills it showed, clearly rooted in serious research. There are some issues with the AI unfortunately. But, an update that I haven’t had chance to try apparently focuses on some of these issues. Outside of the issues with the AI interrupting you, sometimes looping dialogue and the long pauses (all of which have been mentioned as focus points by the developers for the new update), my main issue is the lack of persistence between sessions. The AI will simply have zero knowledge of anything you have discussed in previous sessions. Even with this issue, the AI will actually give you a task of sorts to address issues you’re having over the next week and discuss your progress with them “in next weeks session”, even though the AI will not remember anything you spoke about before. The sessions seem useful for addressing short term issues you’re having in the moment, potentially as a way to work through sudden emotional episodes or focussed concerns in a single session, but I can’t see this being an effective tool for long term therapy. There is something to be said about having an easy look into a therapy experience for someone who may be on the fence. Or, someone who struggles with social anxiety being able to use this app as an alternative to going straight into a real social experience with a real person, which may be causing them to avoid therapy entirely. Maybe try a month subscription if you’re one of these people. However, if you’re serious about seeking therapy, I would recommend seeing an in person therapist.
