Some great. Some not. Some of the images are great! But... mostly it's a photo dump (like when someone goes on vacation and just dumps all their photos on FB w/o weeding out the duplicates and duds). It doesn't track which ones you've already seen. And now with the newest update my Favorites are gone! And no more ability to favorite images ( in the past I could share them w/ my husband, and go back and enjoy the good ones again). Now it's just too much - endless photos, hardly organized, not tracking what you've seen.
OK, but far from the state of the art. Some apps are pushing the boundaries of photogrammetry / light field / NeRF / Gaussian Splatting / and other 6 DoF techniques. Unfortunately, this isn't one of them. Looks like these images came out from an AI depth estimation model with simple slicing and bad inpainting. Most images are full of artifacts, often visible at the starting position, and getting much worse as you move around (and the area you can move is very restricted).
This was incredible. I don't know what I was expecting, but I certainly didn't expect such authentic realistic feeling of being transported to a real location. This is much better than spatial 3d photos. The scale and depth are fantastic!
Just pictures, not even 360. Menu is clunky. Couldn't change the scene. It was just some pic of a place in GB. When I turned my head, I saw my room. Wasn't 360. Glad it was free and I didn't waste money
